This campground is absolutely fabulous. I have dealt with Karla many of times and she has been so pleasant. No attitude just always helpful. The campground has a wonderful lake for the summertime to swim in. They also have events that go on that are fun. The campsites all have water and electric hookup. No tent camping. During major holidays they get really busy and sold out. So book ahead of time and don’t wait till the last minute. Trust me. We have been there and now make sure we do it in advance. The major holidays are so fun because everyone has their golf carts and drive around and play music and everyone is so outgoing and kind. They do have a pool and a cafe as well with a playground. They do have overflow parking for extra vehicles. They have bands and karaoke nights. They also have ice cream truck and let me tell you that ice cream is so good the line is backed up for a mile. So delicious. Thanks Flamingo Lake for making this a great experience for all families. Thanks for your great staff as well for doing their part. CHEERS.

Lots in the same category are not all the same. We had premium lakefront lot. Out lot shared a wall with neighbors on both sides (some have grass in between). The power and water pole took up space - reducing the size of the lot. We couldn't extend our awnings as they went over the wall into our neighbors lot. Had to drag picnic table into a corner. The view of the lake was nice but the RV next to us was part of the view. Friendly staff. Quiet at night. Anyone can buy a day pass to come to the lake. DIdn't feel like it was worth the price.

We ended up in cabin 39, it was a cabin on the lake. at first glance the house seemed nice and don’t get me wrong If you are used to tiny homes this is the place for you. The shower was super small. the bed was only a full and my wife and I could barely sleep comfortably on it. the front office was very nice and kind. The security guard,Joe helped out a ton when we first got there. we arrived after hours and he set us up with our key to get in the place. My wife’s sister got a cabin near the highway which was more updated than ours. Highly recommend getting the cabins that aren’t on the lake if you want the better experience. When it rained the bottom of the steps had a puddle you could hardly avoid getting your shoes soaked. Overall, it was better than paying for a hotel stay and next time we’re back in the area I’ll make sure to rent a different cabin.

We came to this beautiful RV Resort in September of 2025 for two weeks and had the best time. Every time we come the staff is so helpful and friendly. The campground is always clean and this year they have a beautiful new pool that was amazing. There are so many good restaurants close by to eat at also. We enjoyed it so much we are coming back in November of 2025 for three weeks. See you then.

This RV park is a fantastic spot whether you’re staying for a quick trip or settling in for a longer visit. The staff is attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The grounds are clean, quiet, and enjoyable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. On top of that, the on-site restaurant and bar are excellent—definitely worth a visit. I’d absolutely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.
