My husband and I have been at the park for over a month now. I have to say that Terry and Thelma are AMAZING! The park is clean and the sites are all good sized. They have cameras throughout the park. The views are amazing, and so close to many attractions. This place is so popular that you may have to call daily to get a spot, but it's well worth it.

This is a wonderful RV campground right in Colorado Springs. Very near Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Terry, the manager, goes above and beyond to help. Our truck broke down and we needed to extend our stay and she facilitated that. This is a park with quite a few full-time residents, mostly vets, retired vets and retired folks. Pay a little extra for a premium site to be on the upper level and you’ll have magnificent views!!! We pull a 36 foot fifth wheel. Plenty big for maneuvering. We will be back!!!

Where do I start? This RV Park is geared towards long-term stays. My bf and I stayed here two days and couldn't wait to get out of this park. We have stayed in several RV parks and this was the worst. Trashy, yards were filled with clutter and make-shift fences. The park does not do any upkeep on the grassy areas. No amenities available. Our site was located between two messy and unkempt RV's. The site had metal pieces and wires on the ground. My advice would be to stay at an RV park north or south on highway 25 or west on 24.

Very nice office staff, the spaces are large, appears well kept and quiet. Well located. Many of the RV’ers seem to be long term stays. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t do any laundry or ck out the facility. It is up a hill so check in during daylight would be recommended, but plenty of room to maneuver.

What a wonderful place to stay in Colorado Springs. The park manager is a sweetheart. The cost was reasonable, and there is SO much to do nearby. We had an awesome view of the city from our campground, perfect for enjoying the 4th of July fireworks. We had some nice folks from the campground join us to watch them. Everyone is so friendly. I did a load of laundry and it was very reasonable. We had a fantastic dinner at the Pepper Tree Restaurant for my husband's birthday and ate at the Texas Roadhouse, which we walked to. I also walked to Walmart and McDonald's for our breakfast the day we departed. Friends took us to the Glen Eyrie Castle, and it was amazing. I forgot to walk to the Olympic Museum, which was close enough for me. The Garden of the Gods was closed, but we didn't go to see it. We didn't have a tow vehicle, or we would have done a lot more in the area. We will stay here again if in the area.
