My husband and I have been at the park for over a month now. I have to say that Terry and Thelma are AMAZING! The park is clean and the sites are all good sized. They have cameras throughout the park. The views are amazing, and so close to many attractions. This place is so popular that you may have to call daily to get a spot, but it's well worth it.

This is a wonderful RV campground right in Colorado Springs. Very near Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Terry, the manager, goes above and beyond to help. Our truck broke down and we needed to extend our stay and she facilitated that. This is a park with quite a few full-time residents, mostly vets, retired vets and retired folks. Pay a little extra for a premium site to be on the upper level and you’ll have magnificent views!!! We pull a 36 foot fifth wheel. Plenty big for maneuvering. We will be back!!!

Where do I start? This RV Park is geared towards long-term stays. My bf and I stayed here two days and couldn't wait to get out of this park. We have stayed in several RV parks and this was the worst. Trashy, yards were filled with clutter and make-shift fences. The park does not do any upkeep on the grassy areas. No amenities available. Our site was located between two messy and unkempt RV's. The site had metal pieces and wires on the ground. My advice would be to stay at an RV park north or south on highway 25 or west on 24.

Very nice office staff, the spaces are large, appears well kept and quiet. Well located. Many of the RV’ers seem to be long term stays. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t do any laundry or ck out the facility. It is up a hill so check in during daylight would be recommended, but plenty of room to maneuver.

What a wonderful place to stay in Colorado Springs. The park manager is a sweetheart. The cost was reasonable, and there is SO much to do nearby. We had an awesome view of the city from our campground, perfect for enjoying the 4th of July fireworks. We had some nice folks from the campground join us to watch them. Everyone is so friendly. I did a load of laundry and it was very reasonable. We had a fantastic dinner at the Pepper Tree Restaurant for my husband's birthday and ate at the Texas Roadhouse, which we walked to. I also walked to Walmart and McDonald's for our breakfast the day we departed. Friends took us to the Glen Eyrie Castle, and it was amazing. I forgot to walk to the Olympic Museum, which was close enough for me. The Garden of the Gods was closed, but we didn't go to see it. We didn't have a tow vehicle, or we would have done a lot more in the area. We will stay here again if in the area.

We arrived late - 8pm - after a long drive and Teresa and her crew worked with us. Some minor glitches but we were soon able to settle into a nice spot for the night. Full hookups. Near highway 25. Quiet campsite overall with some long term RVers. Left around 930am the next day.

Great location, full hookups, leveled spots, great view of the city, Garden of the Gods and the Pikes Peak. Nice service, clean grounds and a small playground. Good Verizon and T Mobile service.

Stayed here for 6 weeks in summer 2024, and snagged a permanent spot starting January 2025. Dog park is a nice size, which is so great for our bigger dog so he has a place to run. Ladies in office deserve 10 stars, they're the BEST, customer service is absolutely top notch. Great location for downtown, Manitou, Pikes Peak, garden of the Gods, red rock canyon, literally everything you'd want to see. Very reasonable prices.

The amount of attention to their guests combined with the spacious RV sites, and the proximity to the city as well as outdoor activities made our stay more than enjoyable and we look forward to returning to stay here over and over again. Thank you, Terry, for taking great care of us!

Super close to downtown and living amenities like grocery store, restaurants and nature. Love that there isn't a lot of traffic due to small campground. Great for secluded rv camping. Not really a resort.

This RV park is awesome. The ladies in the office are super sweet! The park isn't just an RV park, it's a community for sure. David the camp host is really great too. He was kind enough to lend us his ladder when we resealed our roof. It's nice and quiet in the RV park, a couple mornings we even seen a family of deer munching some grass. The location was also close to everything without feeling that way. We were really sad to leave because it's such an awesome spot. Ps. the sunset is coming down the hwy towards the park. (I wasn't driving my husband was)

Foot of the Rockies is the ultimate home away from home. (Or home for the full time RVer) My son and I lived there over a year and felt welcome every day.

Spoke with owner - Terry less than a week ago to confirm reservation for a week stay. Pull up and she acted like we never spoke. Doesn't have a spot for us to park. Blessing in disguise - staying at Garden of the Gods down the street. Much better for families.

We had a great experience at this campground. The staff was super friendly and helpful with telling us about different things to see. Lots of things to do nearby and a beautiful view from our campsite of the Garden of gods and other mountains.
