Overall a nice RV park. Facilities were a little bit old and could be updated. Bathrooms had showers and we're near the pool.
Sites are amply sized and the hookups are fine. Good paved roads and concrete pads.
Nice friendly people running the place and they were very attentive.
Overall, I'd stay here again.

DO NOT make a reservation here unless you are 100% sure you are going to stay here.  I had made a reservation and gave them a deposit but our travel plans changed.  I gave them 2 week notice that we were not going to stay there and they were not willing to give me back my deposit.  They offered that I could change the date but we will probably never be going that way again.

MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WANT FROM YOU FOR A SIMPLE TWO MONTH STAY. THIS PLACE IS SO JADED.
PROOF OF OF INSURANCE, REGISTRATION AND GET THIS; A CREDIT CHECK. BTW A CREDIT CHK REQUIRES YOU GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND YOU CAN BET IT WILL BE STORED IN A UNSECURED COMPUTER.

We stay here full time and for full time rv life I highly recommend.
The bathrooms are sparkling clean all the time, they offer garbage pick up twice a day and offer a propane refill right on sight for those who opt for it.
It’s clean, quiet, pet friendly, and family oriented.
There are 2 dog parks, a park for children to play, and heated pool year round with hot tub. A clubhouse for reservations. Laundry on site and a gym. Also, tons of walking trails and wildlife to watch. Another perk is you cannot enter the park without a key card and the gate is locked at all times that helps to keep vagrants out of park. I couldn’t be more happy with place for my family. So if you’re looking for something long term or just on the road traveling, I highly suggest you stop by and experience it all!!

An absolutely wonderful RV park. It’s very well maintained and it was very quiet the three nights I stayed there. The staff at the front desk were very nice and professional. Backing into my site with a 30 ft bumper pull was challenging as the road is narrow. But other than that I would highly recommend this park to anyone.

Pros:  Very clean park.  RV sites were spacious with room to park a car.  A lot of fulltimers.   Residents & staffs were friendly & helpful.  Garbage pick up from RV sites twice daily.  Their dog parks were clean & spacious with partition between the big & small dog sections.   There were trees to provide shade.  Open spaces to walk dog or go for a walk.

Con:   Our RV site was near a pond that had a lot of insects.  Water pressure was low.   Plenty of stray skinny & hungry kittens around.
I was told that they are in the process of trapping the cats for neutering or spaying.  I hope so...

For RV camping this place sucks it's all full time trailer park. Had to stop in while traveling through for truck service. Hundreds of residents shoe- horned in with all their stuff piled around  and pets roaming around cats fighting and dogs barking. People leaving for work starting at 4:30am in loud vehicles hearing their radio before sunrise. Oh yeah...wifi terrible buffering all the time because of 200 people using it with poor network for volume. Over priced for what you get won't stop in again

The RV spaces are clean & have room between them.  Green grass & concrete pads. Restrooms/bathhouse were just ok. The showers were dirty & had alot of bugs. I felt I had to wear sandles in the shower stall. Personel were very friendly.

We were unable to make it to this destination.  Initially, we were hesitant in making reservations as their website clearly states no RV older than 2015.  We have a 2007 Tiffin  Allegro 40-ft bus in very good shape.  I asked if they made exceptions to this rule and sent pictures of our rig. They made it an exception and they took our reservations including a deposit.  Due to medical issues we had to cancel the reservation one month before our schedule arrival.  Ample notice I would think.  I requested a refund of our deposit and it was declined.  It seems they make exceptions for some things and not others.  I'm not inclined to stay at this park should we come back to California.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. It’s a tight fit for big rigs. Lots of people live there. The residents and employees were nice. Stray cats everywhere and several outdoor cats that belong to residents. There’s two big dog parks and they are well maintained. Watch out for the spurs in your dog’s feet though! The sidewalk that goes around the dog park could really use some work. One part is so messed up that the staff puts sand on it. Well with stray cats everywhere, the sand is a litter box. Laundry room was nice. No issues there. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but plenty of people did. They do charge an additional fee to have a dog in your rv which that was the first time I ever had to pay that. Overall, I’d stay here again if I was in the area. I do have a big rig though so the tight fit just driving through had me sweating lol.,

Called up an hour before and they fitted me in. The only problem was that I arrived after hours and there was no packet which had been promised. I had been told the number of the site so went on in found the site and had a great night. Did not really have time to use the amenities but the park was beautifully clean with good security and great staff on checkout

Wonderful place for living noting compared with other. Koa or other places I loved these people to, office and maintenance

We like this place. Staff are very nice. Camp grounds are kept clean and grass is mowed regularly. I only have one thing to say. There isn't enough cement for a patio at any sites. The sites are big enough. Other than that it's a great ace to stay

The biggest dog park I have ever seen at an RV Resort. They have a really beautiful park, nice store, a hiking path. It was also conveniently located between I5 and HWY 99 yet extremely peaceful.
