We decided to purchase our mobile home here about 5 years ago. The process of renting to buy was good, especially since we did outside financing. Maintenance staff is respectful and hardworking! Management is up and down. I had no complaints the last 2 years but Jessica and Araceli who work in the office together definitely can be very rude, problematic, unpleasant, unprofessional, loud and hostile. To current residents, potential residents, and guests. Most of these good reviews are solicited and from friends and family of the people who work here . The management and the condition of the mobile home park grounds majority of the time is far from appealing. Fortunately we do not have to interact with management often as we are desirable residents, who get along with our neighbors, and pay our lot space early most of the time. If your here as a prospective renter or buyer, I would encourage you to look at all the reviews so your prepared. There is always water leaks, our water is shut off several times a yr. Be prepared for notices and double standards when it comes to cars and yards. They want to hold you to a certain standard but fail to meet that standard themselves with their poor maintained grounds and maintenance truck. Be prepared for the weeds, pot holes, speed bumps, trash and debris around the premises, no access to storage when you need it, rising space rent, huge dead trees over the homes that they rent and sell. The community also has stray cat problem, there are always cat fights, or sick and dead cats in the streets. Please refer to photos by visitors.

The place is HORRIBLE! Its smells really bad there’s a lot of pot holes! I believe the girls name is Jessica at the office she es very RUDE! Instead of helping the people that live there and find solutions she makes it impossible! She asks for money out of the no where because of dumb ideas she as! They don’t allowed more than 2 cars! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE DONT LIVE HERE!

went to get information on living here and honestly aside from the TERRIBLE service from the girls working there who didn’t want to open the door to the front office during the office hours the area was so dirty and there were cats everywhere the road is full of potholes and there was an obnoxious amount of speed bumps. if anyone is looking to live i don’t recommend wasting your time l.

I want to thank gaslight square personnel including maintenance. Thank you Jessica you made it possible for the swimming pool to be open this year . Me and my kids enjoy it .Keep up the good work

Very knowledgeable staff. Knows the homes inside and out. All smell very clean. Great specials compared to other places. Only thing I would say is make the office more inviting it’s a little dark. Maybe have the door open and have a screen door. Maintenace is always working I can say that too.

Honestly and not sure why this place gets bad ratings. Friendly neighbor company and neat amenities. Very nice and clean shower / bathroom very fast Wi-Fi. Community around the area might seem a little rough on the outside but the individual residents are very sweet and friendly. We even had the local school resource officer changed the traffic lights to let us walk across with our bikes. Wonderful authentic local Mexican eats. Definitely recommend for those looking for a nice place to stop for a bit.
