We stay at camp site 8 in Area 1, very uneven and right on top of your neighbor. woke up at 7:30 am by the sound of pickle ball. Road sound, very loud. Bath house looked cleaned, but very out dated. staff seemed very nice and helpful. Lake was very down, but still beautiful!

Beautiful venue for the Fall Festival. We went to a concert in the Music Hall. Nice venue. The auditorium seats were a little dated and uncomfortable. Also, you will need a jacket, sweatshirt or something to keep warm. When that air kicks on, it gets cold.

We had a wonderful time at the Bluegrass festival. Facilities were very clean and everyone was so nice.

We had a wonderful time. There were lots well made crafts with good prices. This fair is located at Chatuge Lake. The crafts are located by a walk shaded by lots of trees and a walkable hill. We enjoyed the 75 year celebration while we explained the antique machines to the kids. There was Live music and dances! The firefighters had an interactive place for the kids and the forest service had an info-cabin. They had little souvenirs and informative little books for the kids. The carnival was great lots of games and foods too. We enjoyed the Shrimp Shack for lunch. We later snacked a roasted corn, cotton candy, and funnel cakes. One thing it would had been better by the Carnival is to have some umbrellas with the benches while we wait for the kids. I'm just saying because it was so hot 🔥! We went through lots of bottles of waters. Otherwise, I would recommend is to bring a light portable chair if you like to sit and wait for the kids.

Seen Travis Tritt concert. Good place. The security needs to get their ducks in a row. They made one of our guests take her small purse back to the car, in the rain. While the other two gates were letting ladies in with their larger purses. Mentioned it to them and they just acted ignorant, as they are.

Great venue for just about any event. Very rustic with lots of historic buildings.

Second visit here to attend a Three Dog Night concert. Had a great time friendly helpful staff, venue was clean and properly lighted before, during, and after the concert. Area has beautiful mountain views every where you go. If you like getting back to nature this is a great place to go. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm, a great place to get away from city life. Very rural makes you feel like your a million miles away from the troubles and worries of the rest of the world.

Great time at the Fall fest. Just not very handicap friendly. My battery struggled with hills. Some gravel areas too

Pretty park across the street from the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. The fireworks were beautiful at the fairgrounds and lasted about 20 minutes. The park itself has a beach, beautiful lake, playground, open picnic tables , grill, covered picnic table areas, restrooms and a snack shack. If you want to get set from the heat this is a good place to go.

This was our first camping trip in the toy hauler and we absolutely loved it here. We called a few days before arriving, were taking a last minute trip the weekend before July 4th (we actually checked out July 3rd to head home). Had left a message 2 days prior and the lady called us back stating she had a site for us and rates. Great deal. We got a site located in area 2 which was close to the water. Site was very nice with full hook ups. We decided to stay an extra night which they were fine with however the weather was not as kind. Not sure if it was ever decided that a tornado came through or if it was a microburst or what but definitely a scary moment. Within minutes after it was over and safe we ventured outside to find many people had suffered damage and one man was injured. The campground attendant took him to the hospital and everyone else began working together the clear downed trees from roads and campsites. It really was amazing how the staff and everyone came together to help each other. We did ride though area 1 and did not like it at all. Area 2 is the way to go if possible.

Great venue in a beautiful area! Not humongous so all seats are good as is the sound and light crews! Nice lodge adjacent if you can score a room during big name concerts. People come from many miles around!🎶 Comfort food, ice cream, yogurt, beer amd wine. Free parking!

Saw For King and Country in concert at the Anderson Music Hall at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, January 29th, 2022. Great venue for a concert, feels very close and intimate with enough seats for a good size crowd. Not a bad seat in the Anderson Music Hall. I love going to concerts there, I've enjoyed every show I've seen there.

We went to this fair it was super cute and had a lot of cute shops and good food. But it said that there were rides but when we went there was no rides and we walked the entire place and could not find them. I was very disappointed.
