Really enjoyed this park but you need to drive to each of their trails. Wish we had eaten at the lodge which is really a cool place to see. It reminded me of the house in the TV show Yellowstone. The people who work at The Visitor Center are very nice and very helpful.

This is awesome, if you're into rocks, geology and overall history of the area then this is for you. This rugged 1 mile hike is like Super Mario Bro. Lost World where you can walk by the secret entrance and miss something cool. Yes please do this and take pics. Also this is a state park inside a national forest

I really love the variety of trails depending on the complexity and length of time, great for planning. The visiting center staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time hiking with our dog.

Relatively easy trails. Neat rock formations and overhangs. A few small streams. Nice park/picnic areas with restrooms (more like a portable potty). The lodge and welcome center are super nice facilities. There is a restaurant and some cabins also. My family had a great time hiking (ages 9-43)

This park is very neat! The nature trail hike is a tad rugged so if you have troubles walking on uneven ground this would be difficult. It rained today but we didn't have problems walking the trails. My kids and I really enjoyed this park. The Visitor Center was nice and had lots of information as well as some merch.

My pictures don’t do justice because this place was a spontaneous trip for me and I am dying to go back! There were multiple trails, such an adventure and beyond beautiful in the Shawnee forest.

Visited mid March, the park was not busy at the time. The name speaks for itself, it was literally a walk between the giants. Very impressive, this is truly a gem of Shawnee National Forest! We enjoyed the sounds of nature( as it was very quiet, very few visitors closer to the evening). The Observation Tower does not only look like an art piece but also offers the vast views of the forest.

Beautiful park! I was driving toward Kansas and decided to visit for a quick hike, there are several trails to pick from and some bathrooms available. I recommend visiting
