I was in Tusayan, AZ and stopped by Grand Canyon Camper Village. I inquired on using their washing and dryer since I was camping on state land nearby. "Eric" was working the front desk and was most helpful and accommodating. The property was spacious and clean!! Highly recommend RV travelers to stay here if you're visiting the Grand Canyon or just passing thru.....

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Canyon Camper Village in our spacious 40-foot motorhome during the beautiful late summer months of August 2025. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the park's immaculate grounds and charming aesthetic. The vibrant greenery and well-tended landscaping created a picturesque setting for relaxation. We chose this RV park primarily for its proximity to the Grand Canyon South Rim Area, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The campsites were clean and well-maintained, offering a rustic charm that enhanced our camping experience. We enjoyed being just a pleasant stroll away from quaint local shops and family-friendly restaurants (just a tip: DO NOT eat at the local McDonald's; it cost us $34 for 2 Big Macs and 2 fries). Plus, we were less than 2 miles from the iconic Grand Canyon South Rim entrance. The on-site store was impressively stocked with a wide array of supplies and essentials, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. The staff members greeted us with warm smiles and were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requirements. As we explored the area, we noticed several other campgrounds and RV parks, but none compared to the aesthetic and upkeep of the Grand Canyon Camper Village. Its beauty and maintenance truly set it apart. Without a doubt, we are looking forward to returning to this wonderful campground on our next adventure to the Grand Canyon! Thank you, Joanne and the rest of the team at Grand Canyon Camper Village! Best regards, Dave & Tamitra Huckins

Very basic. gravel, minimal grass parking lot with flat sites. Located behind a grocery store. Run down picnic tables, no fire rings. Entrance to Grand Canyon National Park park very close

We had a very nice time here at the Grand Canyon Camper Village. The staff is very nice and helpful. We didn't have no reservation we pulled in and we were able to get a full hook up for two nights, the price was reasonable and the location was great. The laundry room was clean. I definitely will use this place again.

The location in town and close to the Grand Canyon keep this campground going. The quiet time of 10:00pm-8:00am doesn’t apply to the trash truck that came through and shook the 50 dumpsters like piñatas at 6:40am. The staff was friendly and allowed us to move from a lunar site to one that was partial gravel. We were not given a full hook up site even though several were open our entire stay. Not sure what the disconnect was with that. There was a payment issue that is in process of resolution. A general store and plenty of shops are within walking distance. There is a decent trail in the back of the park. We did enjoy the helicopters and airplanes flying by during the day. I would probably stay here again but would try to get inside the park.
