Grande Vista RV Park in Willcox, AZ: Traveler's Guide

Average sized full hook up sites on level gravel pads.  Several "Park Models".  Bathhouse is small but adequate.  Many transient workers, like solar field installers, which makes for a quiet park.  The park is located on a quiet, dead end back street so no traffic noise.

There is a new owner and new managers. The new managers are working hard to make this a nice place. It's quiet and there are no problem tenants anymore.  Restrooms and laundry room are kept clean

The laundry room and bathrooms are very clean. The RV sites are fairly big and level. The staff is very nice and helpful. Landscape  continues to improve. Maintenance has been working hard to get things repaired around the park. Laundry is also very reasonable in price. There are not a ton of cats anymore just a few.

Absolutely love this place, stayed here for a couple months, management is amazing, super kind, and super helpful. Felt like a family while staying here. Great location, almost right off the highway. Little area for dogs, super clean bathroom, shower, and laundry area, amazing for kids with a playground right on the outside of the RV park. Amazing rates as well. Highly recommend!

Doesn't feel like the park is interested in overnight travelers.  Seems like they cater to the more permanent resident group

Don't remember when we were there, but we stopped rv'ing 3 yrs ago, but I'm sure we enjoyed ourselves.

Owners cashed out all checks at once on the day of my birthday. Got a cart load of groceries at Walmart, and was unable to buy a single thing because of it.

Quick access off the freeway, one turn and you are there.  Had a spot right in the front, it was level, drove in, hooked up and we were done.  Hassel-free. The manager was very good when I called him to get a reservation and sent all the information ASAP via email.  The park has mostly mobile homes in the center and perhaps about 10 spots for RV.  It's pretty basic, but for our purposes, it did the trick.  Easy on/off the freeway and it was quiet at night.

This is mostly an RV park ,for long timers, but there were  pull through and back in sites available for a few days stay. It is nothing fancy but was  very quiet, unlike the KOA which is 24/7 loud, loud, loud (but had more amenities). The rates are reasonable and this would be where we will stay next trip.
There are 3 super friendly camp cats that we enjoyed petting and giving treats.
We didn’t use the bathroom and laundry so I can’t comment on them.
Great location to see the Sandhill Cranes (behind the golf course) and the cute downtown area. It is worth the drive to Chiricahua National Monument (free) and the rocks are spectacular.

Great place for an overnight stay! New Manager (John I think) was super helpful and easy going. Park was close to the highway but far enough not to hear traffic. Rec room had a pool table and too many movies to count. Restrooms and showers were clean! Cute cats roaming as well:)

The staff here are some of the most kind people I have met in all my travels. Very welcoming and cheerful. Enjoyed the rec room stocked with lots of movies, puzzles, books, and games. Cooked up a weeks worth of meals in the kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again.

 I found the management to be extremely strict And confrontational.
 If you need to buy anything just stand by The Back Fence long enough and you'll be someone there to help you.
 That is to say after dark.
