We stayed here for a month because we loved the view of the valley and the mountains. If you're looking for a park with several amenities this is not it. No real dog park but a nice area to walk your pups and a short dirt road. There were alot of small barking dogs in the mornings. If you want to sleep in good luck! Some of the rv spots could use a little TLC. We had a few long tree branches that scratched one side of our 5th wheel. We had to trim it back upon arrival and before leaving. The shops in Westcliffe are a must when coming here. If you like to hike there's several great trails to explore!

We celebrated a birthday party here with a large group of people. The hostess could not have been kinder or more accommodating! So helpful! Wonderful tent and RV sites and cabins!

First time visitors - what a great place to stay! Great RV spots, all have fantastic views. The bath house are very clean and so well maintained. The owners are so welcoming and friendly, takes great care of the property. We will be back often(and coking from Indiana is saying something)!

The RV park is very nice. The views from the park are fantastic. The green mountains and valley are beautiful. The management is friendly and are helpful; I have new friends now. The sky is very dark here. The park is good for deep space and planetary astrophotography. The new “winter” sites have a great view of the sky without blocking trees.

This place is magical! Quiet RV park with horses, a creek, and mountain views. About five minutes from a grocery store. Had great internet with both Verizon hotspots and Starlink.

We really enjoyed this park. It's outside of town with beautiful views. The spots are close together but nice. The people running it were great and the Wi-Fi works!

I am writing this at 12 at night after looking at the stars. After seeing stars like never before, it makes me think about my life and many deeper thoughts. This place is the best choice for anyone to ask for marriage or cross off an item on your lifelong bucket list. The view of the night sky and seeing stars twinkle for once is something I would come for again. I wouldn't think that there is any other place to see the night in all its glory. The owners and workers are so nice. This place is definitely something I would come to again and bring a wife and see late into my life. After this night, I have no choice but to rate 5 stars.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely, small, quiet park. Very kind and helpful hosts. The Mule deer were fun to watch. The camp is clean and well laid out as each site has a view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Just beautiful. Close to the small, quaint town of Westcliffe and minutes away from the Historic Beckwith Ranch.
