Great Management, great property!  Many activities to do and also opportunity to relax.

Great campground. So clean. Had a water view and it was wonderful. People so nice and helpful. We loved it!

We loved this place! The grounds were immaculately landscaped and maintained! The staff was very friendly and informative.

One night at this small but very nice RV park. People that ran the place were very nice.

Beautifully kept and intimate RV park in Grassy Key.  Good value for the location and amenities. We really enjoyed the marina and tiki bar social area overlooking the gulf waters. What a treat to have a mummy manatee and her calf come to visit in the marina on our first night there!

The sites are beautifully landscaped to provide privacy and a sense of space. The heritage trail is just out the front of the park, providing miles of biking and walking paths into Marathon and the waterfront neighborhoods next door. Easy access into the water from the park marina for kayaking around the mangroves.

Highly recommend this rv park, much nicer than any of the larger private parks in the area. Thanks for having us Grassy Key Resort!

It's a very nice campground. Very clean. No bathrooms but that didn't matter for us. It's very quiet but with kids I didn't feel like we were out of place. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the bugs were bad and pool closed at dusk so basically once it got dark at 6:00 we were stuck inside. If pool was open the bugs we could be in the water and not get eaten up. The marina was really nice as well.

Nice and centrally located on the keys. Wonderful pool. We had sites on the side, they had good shade from small palm trees. No showers, which was kind of a bummer, since I have a teeny tiny shower in my trailer, but we knew that going in. Beautiful and well maintained. Laundry is card, no cash.

Love this place! Our campsite backed up to our own private beach on the lagoon! We had a lazy manatee swim right in and let us pet him before he journey it out. Another morning, we were treated to a dolphin show. Wide access roads making parking your rig easy and great, helpful, friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice enough but small and noisy. Traffic noise is constant

This is a beautiful resort! My family was so happy when we left here we all can’t wait to get back. The price was pretty accurate for everything we got from here! The staff was nice and friendly. The sites were spacious and had all the amenities we could need, plus a lot more! The activities they had were amazing! I couldn’t get enough of all the fun things we were able to do here. 
The sunset on the ocean is stunning and something you have to see for yourself! Ii really enjoyed everything this place has to offer and can’t wait to get my family and possibly some friends out here!
