We just got here, and this place is gorgeous! Good site sizes, great river views and access, and the owners are amazing. Great energy and views here! We think we're really gonna love it here!! Updated again: Umm yeah! We signed up for another year. Still lots to see and do. I will update as we become familiar with the area. *Update:* What a beautiful area! Restaurants, parks, wildlife, friendly people, activities, breweries, and just an hour from most chain stores, VA services, etc. in Beckley.

WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS !! they ain’t worth the one. Very upset & can’t really say nothing nice about this place . we booked a site , couldn’t use it do to a terrible accident ( that totaled both truck & camper ) . with that been said , we tried to call the place NO ANSWER ( but answered or blown up our phone to get us to book a site ) message us after 6 hours ( we had to find another place ) with everything we have been through basically told us she would give us out money back , but could credit us if our friend wasn’t using our site . they site are so tiny that if we was able to be there with our camper our slide out would been on their porch & their awning would been against our slide out , but don’t worry we won’t be back . we had to share electrical pole . also the fire pits was basically under our campers . we was told when we booked we had river view ( it was a lie , we was looking at someone else camper ) totally to small for a camper place , not even talking about the pull in . VERY DISAPPOINTING with a 3 plus hour drive !

Three stars only because the Camp hosts never came and introduced themselves nor asked us if everything was okay. Paid extra for a Riverfront spot which was never Riverfront at all our site overlooked the porta potty for the tent camping sites. Although the sites were tight they were kept up pretty nice all of the other employees we're very helpful and kind maybe the camp host can take some lessons from the other employees.

My husband and I was traveling back to Tennessee from Massachusetts this holiday weekend and stumbled on this place while desperately trying to find a place to set up our camper for the weekend. Thank goodness we found this hidden gem!! The staff was super friendly, bath house was clean and nice, campsite was spacious, and wifi was great! For the first time, we weren't ready to go home when it was time to leave!! We'll definitely be back. Don't sleep on this little place folks!

We had a fantastic time meeting up with friends and enjoyed our stay a lot. Traveling with two dogs there had a wonderful time walking a long the river and taking a bath in it. Nice and quiet stay weather was perfect for some campfire with Doris and Fred and learns a lot about surrounding area to see. Will be back.
