I travel in my 33 foot fifth wheel camper for work and was working in the Greensboro area. The reservation process on line was very easy. I booked a Sunday arivel so I could show up on Monday early. I called on Sunday and spoke to Megan at the front desk. When I told her I would be arriving Monday morning she said I could have arrive early and she wouldn’t charge me for Sunday. I deal with the public every day in my job and what Magen did was truly great customer service. When I arrived the check-in and parking was very easy. I met Magen at the front desk when I checked in and she was just as friendly as she one on the phone. What a great person to represent KOA. My stay was great but I found out on Thursday that my customer wanted to extend my stay. I reached out to Magen again because the online booking showed them having no spots available. Megan said she has some cancellation and said she would see what she could do. Megan called me short time later and said she moved a few arrived around and I was confirmed for Sat and Sun. She did it again. I was very concerned when I thought I would have to move. To find a place to move my rig on short notice is almost impossible. And Mayan saved the day. I would like to say that Megan was so helpful and nice and KOA has a great person to represent there brand. Thanks you Megan for your help. I for sure will stay at this camp ground in the future.

We just needed a place to stay for the night. We were able to go after hours and check in with night host. He took good care of us, including showing us to our camp spot. Looks like a great place to stay. We didn't check out too much stuff. Bathrooms were nice.

Not a 5⭐️resort but the convenience, location, and stay earned this little spot 5 Stars! The camp host was friendly and knowledgeable. Sites are a little close together but the pull through was smooth and easy with our 45' toy hauler and still room to put our side porch and deck down. Grounds were clean and maintained. Dog park was small but plenty of space to let our 4-legged children play after a long day in the truck. Interstate noise really wasn't bad, could hear it but not a nuisance. We'd recommend and stay again when passing through.

Office staff absolutely rude from the start. There were dangerous power lines down. Pool was closed for 2 years, and they still tell you there is a pool. Worst campground we ever stayed at. Water quality so poor even with an expensive water filter plus a Brit-a it dripped orange. We had to purchase water. I’ve read all the reviews. You have a lot of 1’s & 3’s. I would try to fix the things that people are complaining about instead of blaming the customer. When people don’t know each other and complain about the same things obviously there’s a problem there. Their store was empty. They focused on rules when they didn’t follow themselves.

Used this KOA as a sleep spot on our way through- bathrooms were dated but clean. We camped furthest away from the highway - spots were tight but worked - heads up if you have a long 5th wheel - as you make the turn up the hill into the area by sights the lane in washed out/rutted out bad on the drivers side. It was getting dark and our middle jack grounded out coming up the hill- ripped the mounting bracket for wires off and would have ripped our jack completely off if I hadn’t heard it catch the gravel/dirt. But with all that being said it worked for a sleep spot -
