This is my favorite RV park in all of Iowa. There's no age discrimination for your rig, it's very pretty, well maintained, extremely clean, and enough showers for everyone. Stay awesome Griff's, we loved you!

Tried to come up with something to complain about in our two weeks here. Couldn't come up with anything. Super fair prices, big spots, grounds are gorgeous, get to anything you can imagine within 15 minutes, great customer service. Too bad you can't get in during the summer. Added to my list of stops when travelling from here on out.

I love the staff, I love that there's no discrimination on trailer age. (If it ain't broke don't buy a new rig), it's so pretty with community rooms and more.. very reasonably priced. So far one of my favorites of the whole country.

This was the first time we have stayed at this park. We are full-time RVers so we stay in lots of parks. This park is one of the nicer ones. Concrete pads. Good paved roads. And quiet. There is a very large Facebook data center nearby. You can’t miss it. Driving to the park. But we didn’t hear anything from it. Probably my only complaint is that there is a lot of corn nearby. We were there during harvest and I’m quite allergic. Not the campground‘s fault.

We arrived and had a mix up with spots but it was fixed immediately. The staff are friendly and helpful. The whole campground is clean and well kept. My kids loved the park behind one of the shelters and were able to go fishing in the pond. They also love the horses and got to go see them when we pull in. This was our 2nd time staying while visiting for the wrestling season and we will definitely be back. The scenery all around is beautiful and quiet.

Nice, clean park, great lots, many pull-through ones available. Great management, ran by people that understand what's important to campers, recreation or business. Slightly pricey but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic campground close to Des Moines, Adventureland in Altoona, and all the retail/restaurants you can handle in Ankeny. Location is just remote enough to be in nature, and 10-15 minutes to all mentioned above. Just an amazing value! It's a very affordable campground on a farm, complete with storm shelters, a small lake, great landscaping and nature statues, and literally next to a greenway! No complaints, and very much appreciate the hard work these folks have put into this RV park. Thank you 5 stars!

Travel For work all over the state. Love love love this rv park! It’s the nicest one I’ve been to in 3 years upon being a camper owner. Busy place, getting used to traffic going by took some getting used to. Though not at all a deal breaker! I’m close to dumpster-walking distance- which I helpful for me when I pack up on weekends to go home. Full service hook ups is amazing!! I often don’t have that luxury. Was a little disappointed there was no picnic table to set up my table top grill, again not a deal breaker at all my tailgate works fine. Only able to stay one month reservations are full- staff I talked to was excellent about referring me to other locations with reasonable extended stay options. Got on cancellation list so hopefully it makes it to me before month is up- would really like to stay here. Also want to say that I feel completely safe being at this rv park being a solo traveling female. Would suggest to anyone.

This RV park was so accommodating. We were traveling through and were able to stay there at the last minute. Then we had to extend our stay due to extremely high winds. Mr Griff was so accommodating. I have stayed at many RV parks but this one has to be the best ever. The area was pretty and extremely clean. The sites were so well kept. I love the horse theme and the beautiful pond. I only wish it was closer to the East Coast so I could stay there again. I highly recommend this park

Couldn’t get into Griffs when we got to Iowa because it was full. Fast forward 4 months and still here in Iowa and Griffs had an opening. I can completely understand why they’re full. Spots are big and spacious, dog friendly, the plenty of room at clubhouse to get out of RV in the cold weather, plenty of paved roads for kids to ride bikes and play on. Jim and Heather have been amazing and very accommodating. 12/10 would stay here again. On a side note, there’s a very nice walking/riding path on the edge of the property that goes on for miles.

Very nice park. Very clean. Well laid out. Jan 1, 2022. A snowstorm has kept us here for an extra day or two. Just wish we could fill our propane tank before we leave. 6 degrees, snowing and wind blowing.

Very nice park. We Stayed here as a stopover on our trip, and will definitely return. Laundry/bathroom/game room were all clean and well kept. The park grounds were immaculate, and very well kept for. We were towards the back of the campground in a pull through and there was plenty of space, and lots of space between sites. Office is just down the road at their farm store.

We'd rate this a 5 star if the park had picnic tables. Griff's reason for not having picnic tables is for mowing efficiency. But...there is a rocked section between the concrete pads that would be great for tables. Maybe Griff's would consider letting people reserve a table, so those of us that would like one would have it ready to go. The showers are the best we've been in, many washers & dryers, level pads, water, electricity, and sewer. We wish they offered Internet. The longer stay sites are large. We were in the more compact section, but it all worked fine.
