This is an excellent park. I've been staying there as a kickoff point on our many trips. The place is very clean and well kept. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the wifi. We don't watch TV very much, but we do stream a lot. I'd pay a little more for better wifi.

Very nice RV camping near Tuscumbia,AL. Great showers/ restroom facilities. Reasonable prices. Premium campsite with full hookup, fire pit and picnic table with grassy area was well kept. Lovely area for dogs, and great play areas for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice surprise in West Alabama! On our way home we pass through Alabama and have stayed at Heritage Acres for several years. New owners have made it a super nice park. The on line reservations and check in are high tech yet easy. The new pull thru section is above average for a small park. With the purchase of adjacent 10 acres, I expect even greater sites and amenities in the future. James met us at our site with brochure and codes. The park is easy access off Hwy72. Anyone reading my reviews knows how I’m so disappointed in parks charging $50+ a night yet have long term junky campers. Heritage Acres has great rules to keep the park looking neat an clean. See pic. Wish more parks had these rules and enforced them. Good job Heritage!! One notice! BEWARE! The picnic tables are bolted to the ground so cannot be moved. Be sure your steps are before or beyond the table or you will have to reposition your rig.

We love this park. We have stayed here several time. Always clean, quiet and very friendly!!! Bathrooms are like a high end hotel and extremely clean. Thanks for the attention to detail to create a nice comfortable stay. We will stay here when In Muscle Shoal!!

All around awesome! Beautifully kept park, even with long term tenants the park doesn't have any spots that look like a homesteader lives there (full timers will understand that reference). Landscaping is outstanding and sites (even the older back-ins) are generous in size. The newer sites are bigger as happens with growth of an older park. Staff/host was super nice, accommodating, and didn't just sit in office but was out checking every lot during the day. Very impressive small park, can't say enough about this little gem!
