Heritage RV Park in Corning, CA: Your Northern CA Stopover

We did the self check in as there was no one around
We could only select from 2 sites even though the camp site is not full at all
We got confirmation of the booking via email, but not access to wifi on the bathroom code!
I called the number on the office door twice and a different number on the email confirmation.
Its been 3 hours and I have yet to hear from anyone!!!
A refund or a discount would be nice as I have not got what I paid for!!!!

This is a stop over spot for us as we travel to Oregon.  The olive pit is a great place to visit as well

I don’t know what happened to this RV park, but it certainly isn’t the same as it was five years ago. The park is no longer well maintained. There was zero customer service. The office was closed when we arrived at about 2:30 in the afternoon. We were unable to get the Wi-Fi password or the code for the showers. Very disappointing.

My friend lives here, and we visit him quite a bit. The neighbors are nice, most the spaces are full at the moment. My buddy seems to like living here.

But what I wanted to share was this view of the moon from the park. I guess this time of year (March 2nd) the tree line is in perfect alignment with the rising moon. Very cool.

Update:  much appreciated customer service.  My request to cancel a reservation (and get a refund) landed in the middle of the park changing ownership.  The old system had already charged for one night and kept billing me for the rest of the reserved nights.  Mike the area manager picked up his phone on a Sunday evening, explained the situation and arranged for my refund.  I always liked this park, now I love it for the outstanding customer service.

Pretty park.  Lots of big mature trees.   Narrow sites, some with grass and some with rock.  Pool looks very nice, tho we didn't use it.  About 1/2 the sites are long-termers.  Very neat, well kept and quiet.  Much prettier than the casino rv park across the highway.

This RV park is located right off I-5 in Corning within walking distance of grocery store, pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants and coffee shops.

Great location. Walking distance to Safeway and Olive Pit. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Site was level and easy to park. Looked like many people were here for long term. However it was quiet in November. No complaints for the price. I wouldn’t make it a destination site but for the night it was just okay. Kinda cramped but thankful we found someplace to stay. There were 3 piles of dog crap at my site when I arrived but staff had no problem cleaning it up when I alerted them to it. Also noticed a pit bull in the site next to us even though the rules said they weren’t allowed.

What is the deal with the office ALWAYS BEING CLOSED?! What are your actual hours and why do you need a lunch break when you only work for 5 hours a day?! Why do you put a sign up in the office door that says you're out in the park when you're actually not?! Why are you shopping at the DG when you're supposed to be working? Who is actually in charge of this place?? I can't even check my mail because nobody is ever in the office and the door is ALWAYS LOCKED!!! Won't be staying here for much longer!!

Conveniently close to the highway without any of the noise from the road. Simple and straight forward check in and easy to navigate facilities with the help of a map upon check in. Restrooms, laundry room and pool were clean. Would return if I were passing through again.

SUPER CUTE SPOT! Great location right off I5! BIG RIG FRIENDLY. We have a 43 ft and had ZERO issues. Super convenient with lots of food, grocery and gas right by the RV park. It’s located right next to SUBWAY, STARBUCKS and this YUMMY Chinese food. Literally so close you can walk to all those locations. This spot was great and we will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice place the only down fall is that the sites are on top of each other.

Great RV Park, stayed 1 night on our way though to So Cal. Access is a little tight for a big rig, but the saff made sure we had a site we could get into. Site are good size and access to hook up was good. Will stay there again whe we pass through again.

Heritage is a very well kept RV park.  I stayed here twice on a recent trip through the area.  Both stays were excellent.  The grounds are nice and clean. I didn't meet the management as I had a late arrival and early departure but it is clear that they take pride in their work. I'll definitely be back if I travel through Corning again.

We stayed here 1 night on our way through to Washington state. We liked it so much we planned our return trip to include a night here.  Very clean, spacious-the pull throughs are very generous! The laundry, restrooms and pool are pristine. Large trees throughout give a little sense of privacy. Staff is so kind and friendly in person and on the phone. Online reservations are easy and after hours check-in is a breeze! Will make this a regular stay whenever our route brings us this way.

I highly recommend this RV park. The people that run this park are excellent. It is clean and has nice amenities.  The trees provide much needed shade for each space. We found this park when we had mechanical issues with our truck. They let us stay past check out time waiting for the Chevy service to work on our vehicle. Thank you so much. We will now make this our stopping spot as we travel through the area. We loved it!
