Perfect place to stay when you are fishing out of the Homer Spit! Very nice clean spacious spots. The gift shop/ coffee bar/ etc is very nice with tons of options and reasonable prices We enjoying the activities on one of the Sat nights we were there doing the wood burning! Craft. Well organized! Just a fun place to stay and walking distance to all the stores

The RV park is located in a great spot, right in the middle of the Spit. Laundry and bathrooms were great although the laundry was a bit expensive ($7) and they locked them at 10pm so it wasn’t ideal if you got back late. Additionally the ladies in the office were support pleasant. They made exceptions for some people that were inconvenient to others and weren’t polite when asked about it. However the gentleman that worked there was extremely nice and was constantly running around. Would stay again due to convenience.

Great location on the Spit with views of the water all around. The road noise isn’t too bad and slows down almost completely at night. The sites are very close together, but level and easy to get in and out of. Clean laundry though a bit pricey at $4 a load. There is a fishing pond next to the campground where you can fish for king salmon and a lovely beach to walk on. Shops and restaurants on the spit are walking distance. The employees are very nice and make sure everything stays clean and people follow the rules. There’s a little store for souvenirs and gifts and on Friday and Saturday they have activities, such as a bonfire and arts and crafts. Wildlife viewing is amazing with bald eagles, sea otters and seals.

We stay here almost every year at least once or twice. And as usual, everything was great this year other than the weather. But that is not the RV parks fault. They were courteous and worked hard to help us get nearby sites as we had requested. Facilities are clean and well kept. Site is patrolled and orderly. They even have freezers you can keep your fish in until you depart.

Mahalo for our wonderful stay. We appreciate your friendly and hard working staff. Clean facilities, beautiful views, and epic salmon fishing from shore. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. This is our first visit. We loved it so much that we’re returning in August. Heritage RV Park is the perfect place to stay in Homer!

My friends and I visit Heritage RV Park annually. The team there is great, the campground is well maintained, and we always have a blast. 5-star, highly recommended! A big thanks from Carl and the group!

The site had everything we needed. The views are amazing and the location couldn’t be better. It is within walking distance of the shops on the spit. When we were there we had to evacuate due to a Tsunami warning, but only for a few hours and it ended up being located far from us. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! We wish we had stayed longer! Great location on the spit, great staff, bathroom and laundry were exceptionally clean. This is the only campground we have ever been to where there is an attendant in the showers to maintain the traffic and cleanliness. Showers are free, warm and spacious. There are ample number of coin operated washers and dryers, and change is readily available if needed. The office is very nice and clean; it is well stocked with small store, information and cafe. Get a spot on the beach and watch the otters swim, fish jump, and bald eagles soar. Loved having campfires every night in the individual fire pits. Can hear some morning traffic of cars on the spit but nothing disruptive. Booking was easy and communication was great; we were able to be next to the 3 other RV's we were traveling with. Our teens liked being able to get out of RV walk the beach or down to the shops. It is parking lot style but spaces are plenty big enough. It is one of our favorite campgrounds we have ever been to. We will definitely be back.

This is a great campground. We stayed here 5 days and loved the location! The showers were clean and the laundry attendant was always kind and helpful. The fishing lagoon is right next door and the beach views are amazing. The grounds were clean and perfect for a relaxing time on the spit. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! The laundry and shower facilities were very clean. The main office has a cute coffee shop and gifts. They also have games and books for use during your stay. Highly recommend if RVing Alaska.

Great overnight stay. Good hookups and clean facilities. Friendly staff. Good coffee. Very popular; reservations recommended. Lots of late night traffic on Spit Road. Spaces away from the road might be quieter. Highly recommended by an inexperienced RV camper.

We typically prefer a random gravel pit to a campground but decided to take advantage of a mostly vacant Homer the week before Memorial Day weekend, and it was such a great experience. The employees were all super friendly, the amenities are the nicest we've seen at a campground before, the views were stunning, and I definitely recommend grabbing a coffee from the gift shop.

This was an awesome find on the Homer Spit. I had no cell service here but we made do with my husband's phone. No fault of RV resort. Our camper van was parked right on the water's edge. Beautiful view of the incredible tide level changes. We have total self sufficient camping van, so we didn't use any of the facilities. But the place had clean facilities for those who choose it.

Good location on the spit, we were one row back from the bay so we had a great view. Campsite was pretty level and had full hookups. They offer dog walking which was going to be super helpful for us but our fishing trip ended up getting canceled due to high wind so we didn’t need it. Gift shop was nice, and they have a coffee shop that also serves Italian sodas.

This camping trip was planned months in advance. We're so happy we found this place, beachfront full hook up spot. Our spot was side by side with 2 other rigs traveling with us. The campground, office, store, restrooms, showers, and Laundry room were all excellent. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. If this were a good sam park member I believe it would have been one of the few that would qualify for a 10, 10, 10 rating. I highly recommend this place. Another plus is we caught some Halibut.
