Just traveling through and we were ready to be done for the night and came across this campground. Office was closed, but easy instructions to be able to pick and pay for a spot! Settled in to our full hookup spot and was able to get a great night sleep! Quiet campground and we did not hear the interstate noise as I saw in other reviews! Our spot was very clean and maintained. We did not use any of the amenities but we would definitely stay here again! So glad we found this place!!

The sites listed for viewing is the over night spaces in the very back. They look neat and clean. However the other sites are not kept up. The tables at some of the sites need to be removed as they are broken and a hazard. The drive is gravel and the space to park your RV is on grass that is infested with stickers. Very bad everywhere and not kept up with high grass so hooking up was not fun. We were planning to be here long term for about six months for work but decided to find somewhere better. In our two weeks time we spent here they did come mow but only the sites that were empty which included the one next to ours and flung stickers on our camper and our vehicle and onto the gravel drive. Taking the dog out was difficult since he constantly got stickers in his fur and paws. One of the fuses blown in family’s electrical but they did get that fixed quickly once made aware. The laundry room was roomy and three of the four washers worked however there was a musty smell to the clothes from one of them but they worked great over all as well as the dryers and for a fair price. The Mexican restaurant next door was great food! Highly recommend you check them out! The sites are spacious and it is not cramped. There is a lot of noise from the interstate mainly from Jake breaks. It would be a great place if they took care of their property maintenance and the stickers. Also, you do not get reimbursed for any days that you do not use no matter how long. This is a Good Sam location. The staff was very nice and friendly. Helpful when needed or asked and always answering the phone and in the office during office hours. Did not get to try out their pizza so can’t review that. The view isn’t bad!

My husband and I spent a couple of nights here. Site was level and grass was fine. We didn't get any stickers that some mention. The new owners have been there since 2022 and are trying to bring the place up to the plains gem it can be. They have sprayed for the stickers and are working on replacing the picnic tables. The owners were from our home state of Tennessee and we enjoyed visiting with them. The homemade pizza is good. The Mexican restaurant next door is not only convenient but really good also. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing what they have done next!

What a great find! Lots of room, spacious bathrooms, hot showers. They do offer pizza and grub at 11am. We were late arrivals (which they do take after hours drop ins!) so we were too late for pizza. There is a small fenced area so your dog can potty off leash. It was quiet and welcoming! There is electric and water hookups for a fair price! Located right off I70! Horses in the neighboring pastures, fun to watch! Will definitely stay again in future travels!

Diamond in the rough- We really like this place but some might wrinkle their nose. First impression was wow nice place but needs a little TLC. A can or two of paint would go along way. Bathrooms were clean and had a hand painted sunflower theme. Showers were hot but could be improved with a small bench in each shower. They had two so I just redecorated and moved one over. A bit curious for me was two shower heads in one shower stall. Maybe good for families. The lots were level. Place was clean and plenty of room between sites. Lovely trees separate the different sections of the park. The sites are spacious and accommodate large campers and price was fair. We did not get a chance to try their pizza but there was a good Mexican restaurant in walking distance. Overall it was very quiet with a little bit of occasional road noise. We would stay again when coming through.
