We were stopping for the night... On our way to California for a family visit. Pulled our camper van in for a quick overnight stay. Clean, organized, and quiet. Great stay.

Good campground for overnight stay. I’m torn between liking and not liking the location. I like it because it’s very accessible from I40 without being too noisy. I don’t like it because I felt like I’m in an abandoned location/wasteland. Well maintained bathroom. Friendly lady at the reception.

So far, my favorite KOA RV place. They valued my business and the staff was wonderful. I’m always a bit worried if I will be greeted by a stay that is professional or amateurs that take the gig to get free sites. The staff here, well trained professionals.

Booked a private patio site over 6 months in advance with a request to keep us as close to our 2 other traveling companions as possible. When we arrived, there was someone in our site, and our two companions were halfway across the park from us. No escorts, so a maintenance man helped us. Very friendly and helpful. Made multiple trips to the office. Moved us to a secondary patio site, smaller site, our rig didn't fit with the trailer, we had to store it off our site. Very inconvenient when I had called 3 weeks prior to verify we could have our trailer on our site because we keep our motorcycles in it. No compensation for the hour we wasted with all of this, or the inconvenience or the fact that they split us up. The rig in our assigned site was much smaller than ours, they were supposed to have checked out and didn't. They let them keep the bigger site an inconvenienced us. All that said, the park is neat and clean, the pool is great.

I stayed in one of the basic cabins. It was clean and quiet at night. The breakfast (biscuits and gravy with bacon) was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, the woman at the desk was very flustered. In the middle of checking me in, she had to ask me what she was doing (um, charging my card and using KOA points). She was pleasant enough, but that is not service. Then i had to hear about how another guest was unhappy with their spot and another worker had to move them, but there were only 4 open spaces. Using the KOA app to book the reservation, as I've done with dozens of other stays in other parks, the site said 35' equipment length (my trailer is 34.5')...but their little trees made parking the tow vehicle insanely tight (only 3 inches on each side of my truck between my trailer and the tree). Then when a rig towing a car parked in the site in front, I couldn't pull out until they did.

This place is in Good location. We have booked Deluxe Cabin, was good but up stairs was for very short highted ppl. No head clearance to walk or to stand for 4+ feet ppl. 1 queen and 1 full size mattress was there in upstairs. Downstairs Room had all other amenities 1 queen size bed. Bunk bed was there to sleep for 2 kids. Other amenities like kitchen, Bathroom, dinning table, couches and chairs was there in cabin. Out side room had table Chairs, Barbecue, Fireplace. There are Kids play area and swimming pool. All though pool was not cleaned and filter system was not on. Overall fine to stay there.

Just stopped for the night. Reasonable at $49 for a 50 amp pull through. The campground was clean, sights gravel, a cowboy kitchen with dinner and breakfast. We didn’t eat, but it sounded good and reasonably priced. Even though you could see the highway and trucks, you really couldn’t hear them. Would recommend and would stay again.

RV park, not a hotel. The KOA staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Their meal offerings for dinner and breakfast were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a private patio site and it was awesome! Our whole family really loved having a private space to hang out together. We loved having the propane fire feature and although we didn't use the grill this time, it was a great feature. The patio furniture was comfortable for all of us and the whole space was lovely. Proximity to Petrified Forest NP was great. We would definitely return here again if in the area!

We have been on the road now for 10 days, this is the most expensive place we have stayed and also the worst. There is potential to be nice but it appears run down and dirty. We are in a motorhome and have a pull thru site with a paver patio, furniture and grill. The edges of the patio are broken down and falling apart. The cushions for the furniture are in a deck Bo’s that has broken hinges and the previous occupants left the dog crap bag in front of it. The grill was also dirty. The Wi-Fi signal is weak and very slow. The 4G LTE service worked better. Cell service is sporadic. I would not stay again. I would go on to Winslow, AZ and stay in similar conditions but pay half the price.

We stayed 9 days in Site 57 which is a pull through and has a private patio with pavers, patio table, furniture, fire pit, and grill, along with privacy fences on each side, plus tall privacy shrubs. We were treated very well the entire time we were there. Park was very clean and very quiet. I need to give a huge shout out to the maintenance man Michael W. We had some issues with our rig and he was so helpful multiple days. He checked on us many times and really assisted us out of a bit of a jam we were in. So glad he is on staff because his attention to problem solving and brain storming solutions for our situation was really helpful. Bathrooms were cleaned and maintained. Office has a bit of everything and anything you could ask for from clothes to food to gifts and RV supplies. The site was long enough for our 40' RV and then there was enough room to park our toad right next to the RV and not block the patio. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing! We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was very clean. It had great heaters and 2 tvs! I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash because the closest store was Safeway and they were $12-$16 each! Safeway had EVERYTHING you needed though. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

I liked it here and would go back again. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the people in some permanent sites directly across from us were a bit sketchy with a very, very loud vehicle that woke me up a couple times one night and then they had a very loud fight I could have lived without. It didn’t go on long enough to call anyone but was annoying and disconcerting. We were in the first row so farther back the better to avoid that. Other than that sites were spacious (for a Journey KOA), level and well kept. It was close to the National park as well as Winslow which were two things we were interested in while passing through the area. Very dog friendly.

Very dusty, all gravel. RV could not level on sloped site, inconsistent wifi. Left two phone messages with no return call. Sewer connection was too high to get snug connection to sewer drain from RV. $60/ per night Check in felt like they did not care.
