Like living here. Only thing is people walking down Dobson think it's ok to throw trash and liquor bottles over our wall. Freaking untrained slobs

I live here. As rent goes, it's very fair, considering. The pool is mostly dirty about half the time though, and the hot tub is ALWAYS broken, so I can't rave about the amenities. I wish they would screen new residents more thoroughly, because you can't walk through the park without being overwhelmed by Marijuana smoke. I know it's legal, but some of us are allergic, and it's not really fair that we have to be confined to home for someone else's leisure activities. A rule about smoking Marijuana indoors wouldn't be terrible.

My ex wife and daughter moved in to Holiday Village. We came over to visit. Beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. People are really nice that I've met. Its a large complex 640units. New and old homes.

Clearly marked signage for the amenities. Definitely updating is in progress. Very friendly Manager in the office was very helpful and answered all my questions. Reasonable lot rent. Lots of new homes in the community mixed with older homes.

When we first moved in here, the management wasn't that great to us! They kept on giving my husband a hard time just because he wanted to make our home that we purchased look better! But since it went under new management, Tami who I love to death, she is just a great woman to talk to. She listens to you and actually cares, and so does everyone in the office. I honestly don't know the woman's name who is in the office, but she's also a total sweetheart. And the crew around here does a great job at maintaining the up keep on the park! They have told people who have had ALOT of stuff that made their lot look trashy to clean it up!! If U are looking for a place to live at that's a 55 plus, this is the place to come to 😊
