When we first moved in here, the management wasn't that great to us! They kept on giving my husband a hard time just because he wanted to make our home that we purchased look better! But since it went under new management, Tami who I love to death, she is just a great woman to talk to. She listens to you and actually cares, and so does everyone in the office. I honestly don't know the woman's name who is in the office, but she's also a total sweetheart. And the crew around here does a great job at maintaining the up keep on the park! They have told people who have had ALOT of stuff that made their lot look trashy to clean it up!! If U are looking for a place to live at that's a 55 plus, this is the place to come to š

This is not a 55 plus park.its any age mobile home it was when I moved here 12 years ago that's i bought my home because i wanted a place for seniors they say small dog's only not true we have have a lot of Big dogs and even pit bulls it's not safe. there is no security lot of stress lights in the park don't work. And people don't stop at the stop signs in my 12 years they've never had security. They say they do but never have that way i bought my home here because i thought i would be safe. You see all kinds of people just walk in off the streets š² not safe at all

I had a tour with my realtor here today. The entire office are very on top of Their game! First class grounds, multiple fantastic amenities are available! This reminds me of my Former Oceanside mobile home.

Lived here for 5 years (until just last Thursday),and most of it was unpleasant. However, since the new team showed up, it has been quite the opposite. Raquel, Tamil and Nelson are attentive and friendly. And they absolutely understand that they manage a 55+ community. Love them. And we wish we didn't have to move(health. Not management š).

I bought a new home here at the end of May and I really love it. Nelson in the office was critical in me getting this home. I went into the office and was kind of blown off by the girl that was from Tuscon and she didnāt seem interested in us so my friend and I who lived there walked out. Nelson came running after us and showed us new homes showed us all around the park and heās the one that sealed the deal. If it wasnāt for Nelson, I would not be living there. Nelson was also critical and helping me with the title mixup at my old home again Nelson is worth his weight in gold. I cannot say enough, good things about Nelson. The local staff was wonderful!

Zero stars if I could. This place is a nightmare for residents and should be avoided by anyone considering it. After my car was towed, I reached out for answers, only to be met with invasive questions and zero transparency. The community manager refused to speak with me directly, passing me off to another contact numberāconveniently closed when I called. If you're looking for a supportive, professional community, look elsewhere.

Management was putting tar down on our streets. The office wasn't clear about who's streets were being done and when. They sent the paperwork out by colors and we waited all day to have it done and canceled all of our appointments and they didn't do our street.

Nice park but feel very disappointed in trying to buy. Got approved. But we signed paperwork for a certain price. When I was contacted ( let me say this we have money down) but requested info on their advertisements about down payment assistance "I don't know anything about that" but you need more money oh the price went from 39k to 45,900. Nope no bait and switch here. Come to find out mortgage company never heard of us?????. Bait and switch probably. We don't play games. Your loss not ours. We pay our bills.

I really like Holliday village. 4th time here. Quiet, peaceful, nice folks. Not fancy but great value. Passport America.

This is a review as a visiting RVer. First the positives: The price is quite good--especially with Passport America. The location is convenient. The people are friendly (staff and residents). The amenities are decent (pools, workout room, etc.). There are also frequent social gatherings. However; the site I was given was right next to a very busy road. I couldn't really sleep well. I had to park on dirt with a crumbling concrete patio that was really designed for a mobile home. (See my pictures) The park is quite dated. The upkeep is really lagging. Some of the mobile homes look like they're condemned. Roads can really stand to be re-paved. There is potential here if they would just invest in some upkeep.
