This is mostly a permanent resisident campground. Spaces are really close together. Most campers were really old and camping area was not real clean

Horne Lake RV Resort is no longer part of your network so they didn’t have any reservations for us. The site that RoverPass said was available to us was was occupied by a year round camper.and Horne Lake RV Resort couldn’t 
cancel or give us a refund because they no longer work with RoverPass. How will I be refunded by RoverPass?

This is being posted for the new manager, Jacqueline. This woman goes above and beyond for the residents here, she works so incredibly hard and her efforts and abilities need recognition!! I personally love this woman, who I consider a dear friend because of the care, patience and professionalism she displays every day!!! She makes living here a joy and pleasure!!

Our site was a little small but were just there for 1 night so it was fine.  

My wife and I have currently been staying at this location for a few weeks now. The management staff and all the employees that we've interacted with have been amazing and easy to get along with. I do respect however that the management doesn't allow nonsense yet they clearly have a big heart they have a food pantry for those that need some assistance for whatever reasons. There seems to be a community type feeling at this RV park. The management is always putting together fun little events and cooking. My wife and I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places this seems to be one of the highlighted places of our experience. We look forward to coming back!!!!!!! They even helped us look for our car that got out and rallied behind us to help us look. Don't forget to also enjoy their wonderful lake and fish on the dock!!

Campers are back to back. Staff will come screaming in your window so if you work a Second shift hope you enjoy no sleep. office staff to come banging on your door at all hours of the night complaining about bull crap and when we go to complain to the so called owners and all they say is yeah "she probably had to many white claws" and laughs like that excuses that type of behavior. We didn't pay a week worth of rent because the owners said they would give us money off for helping them out with all the campers and rvs we moved off the property and of course they didn't hold up to their word used us for free labor. All they did was print out a piece of paper asking us to leave so we did willingly but all you can see that’s all they are using to their defense, saying they “evicted”us. Not admitting to all their wrongdoings. They said me and my boyfriend were fighting every night and dogs were barking nonstop and that we were causing such a disruption then why not print out your “Eviction” paper months before? We had no problems with any of the neighbors. This place is extremely drama infested.
The water will literally eat your skin away, we had to take our dog to the vet from drinking the water because she wouldn't stop coughing, after that we couldn't even use their water for drinking because of how unsafe it is. They discriminated against us don't know why but everyone was paying $625 around us next to the high class sewage area and we were paying $850. Which is a lot of money to be waking up to the smell of crap everyday.

I'd avoid this campground at all costs just scroll down their google page it'll give you every reason in the book to drive on past.

We had a great stay. The people there were very helpful and friendly. 

From my experience at the office I can tell you there is no way I'd stay at this park. They would not even let me look at the park or the lake! I stopped in and asked said I was in the area and might consider staying there in the future but they would not allow me to tour! What are they trying to hide? I suspect they know if you get a chance to look at the place before you actually book it that you want you'll find somewhere else. Well look at the other reviews that'll give you an idea! One of the things I wanted to see was how loud the traffic was being in the close proximity of I95. I also wanted to see how close the lake was to the actual campsites. I did ask about the lake location and they told me it was about a half a mile from where the RV sites were at, that seems really convenient. I would have liked to looked around for myself but I saw enough to know, look somewhere else! I'm sure they won't care because they're certainly not interested in any new business. They did tell me they had some full-time folks and that there was 70 people on the waiting list so I guess you can't argue with success. But they won't get any of my money. Not very friendly at all. And it did look a little run down too here's some pictures Good luck.

Quiet and FULL of pet lovers with a nice lake, and swimming pool connected to a laundry room.

There was a lot of full timers living there and it looked it. When folks stay for a while they tend to collect stuff and these rigs had run out of storage space a few years ago. Not a vacation spot. It looked like it could have been a decent park years ago with paved roads that needed attention. Won't go there again.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly.  Great location for stop-over as it is close to I95.  We’ll be back!

This park is clean, quiet, and well equiped for a pleasant camping experience. The managers are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 nights while honeymooning and loved it! My husband and I love camping and we were trying to stay at as many parks as we could within 2 weeks, and this one was our favorite. It was quiet and had a nice easy-going vibe to it. We especially loved the owner Ken, and he was really nice to us when we had some issues with our water hookup. The sites are clean and neat, and other than a small issue with the water, everything worked super well. We ended up fishing at the lake for most of the time and it was always nice to go back to the park. Hopefully we'll be able to visit on every anniversary!
