Clean, trees offering a lot of shade. Some road noise but quiet inside RV. Great customer service. Other than not being a Trump fan, positive experience.

The only decent person they had working there is the little gal that checked us in bless her heart but she did not share enough information she took our money and then handed us the contract and paperwork the owner Jan admitted to firing her because she was not thorough enough and causing problems we had to move to a new RV park me and my son because families are not welcome there as the lady at the front desk stated when I called the owner the first time she was understanding and said she would give a full refund of the time we would not be there because of their lack of communication as I moved in a week later when I confronted her if I could get a check she was by far one of the nastiest ignorance women I have ever spoke with in my life I have stayed countless RV parks in my life the park is not that bad itself if you have to deal with the owner or management best spend your money somewhere else

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!Owners are thieves, booked and paid for place to stay without knowing that you can not pull in after 5pm when we had initially booked knowing we would be pulling out every day to go rope not knowing what time we would’ve back each day. Whomever works for them called us the day we were suppose to be checking in they said we could not get there after 5pm and we weren’t going to get there till 7 as we drove two day across the country to get there had to find a place to stay last minute. Had no idea you couldn’t have children on the grounds so then we really had no choice but to find somewhere else to stay! Owners said they didn’t see a reason they couldn’t refund us….. told us she had to talk to her husband and would call back never called back. Called the next week after our trip to discuss she told me she would have to call me back and hung up on me….. obviously never called back…. Called and left a voicemail….. obviously never heard back….. called again from a different number and she said no you are not getting a refund and I told her she was a thief she then proceeded to hang up on me again…… I have gave her multiple chances to have civil conversation and work this out and she proceeds to be a cowered and hang up every single time. definitely read the google reviews before you book they steal money from all kinds of people. When you are booking with them over the phone they act super nice and friendly….. in reality they are two faced thieves. We had every intention of fulfilling our reservations.

Cheap propane, but no dump service if you’re not staying there.
