Cheap propane, but no dump service if you’re not staying there.

Only had to visit here once to refill Propane tanks for heat. Customer service was great and ease of filling our tanks was flawless.

Nice place to visit and park your RV, trailer, or motor home. They have rules to be followed that make the park nice. Age restrictions, etc. Access right off the highway.

This was my first visit to Hospitality RV Resort. I stopped in to get propane and was surprised at how nice this place was. It looked very peaceful and it was very quiet. The entire resort was spotless. My first thought was I could live in a place like this. As I pulled up to the propane I was immediately greeted and my propane tank was quickly filled. The guy that filled it was super nice. I'll definitely stop by there again. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed at Horspitality RV Resort from February 01st through May 25th, 2025. As I read the negative reviews, I am shocked! I have only good things to say about our stay. The grounds of the park are well maintained, the staff very friendly and welcoming, but above all the owners Jan and Paul go beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome. The park is centrally located to shops and restaurants. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this RV Park and look forward to a return trip. Thanks for everything!! Brenda and Bob W.

Extremely poor customer service here. Not sure why the maintenance people feel entitled to act in this way, one just opened the door to my rv and poked his head inside. Basically let himself in. Should’ve called the cops. Number of great options in the area other than this one.

They are a bunch of liars and thieves.costed us construction workers 1370.00 dlrs to stay 30 days then wanted to manipulate registration form by changing the writing .stay away they will rob you especially if you work for a living. If your a horse person or senior they won't.beware.

The park itself is quite nice... If you like being patrolled constantly, live on the upper part of the park where they actually do things (minimally), being verbally harassed by maintenance men (who don't do much of anything except speed around on their carts.) It's the park for you if you love walking on eggshells constantly with the threat of being evicted over potentially anything. People who have lived there longer than they owned it have been threatened with evictiom over the pettiest things. Its all a power trip for the owners. Jan is exceptionally immature and is a blatant liar. She will twist whatever you say or whatever truly happens to her own story so she is always the victim or the hero. You will never get your deposit back even if you do everything by the books. There will always be some reason you dont get it back. The trails out back are being boxed out by development as well, so they're becoming more and more limited. Especially with all the heavy machinery and equipment constantly running through there. The horse area is poorly maintained. Barbed wire laying across an active walking path (which we cut despite having brought it up to staff several times.) Trash along the weed infested fence lines along the back. You have to practically beg to get sand put in/next to the stalls if you need it. If you do evacuate, and your horse(s) are gone...don't expect for any price adjustment. You're stuck paying for your emergency boarding facilities and the board you pay there. Livestock can be gone for several weeks and it'll still be the same cost on top of everything else. I could honestly go on forever about this place and why you should stay away. What's written and all the other reviews can speak for themselves though. Stay away from this place. There's so many other better places out there for you to go too...

Worst experience ever! We pulled in after a long day of nothing but mechanical issues. Yes, not the parks problem at all. We were relieved to see how nice the park looked, well maintained and two pull through sites that looked open right at the entrance. Unfortunately with the day we had I wasn’t able to make a reservation before the office closed. When I checked the office door I saw a “night check in” cupboard so opened it hoping there would be a chance for me to wrote down our information and then go pay first thing when the office reopened at 8am. We pulled into one of the two sites, with no intention to use services. Just sleep for the night. Within 5 minutes there was a bang on the door. I thought to myself “great, someone we can check with on the site”. Well, let’s just say there was going to be no conversation with this person. I greeted him with “oh hi, is it ok of we stay here tonight?” To which he curtly responded, “no one is allowed in here after 5 pm (it was 5:45), and besides that you’re facing the wrong way, I already called my boss and he wants you gone, next time make a reservation”. What the? There will absolutely be no “next time”. There was no need to treat me like that. Fine, don’t let us stay but why be such a miserable person about it.

Nice place, would definitely recommend based on the trees, cleanliness and etc. I would have stayed, except, it's adult only. I know that there are reasons, but it stinks when a quiet calm family like mine is traveling. I'm a traveling nurse and cannot find anywhere half decent to park.. it's a problem everywhere. It's hard to find any spaces for RV parking, but 99% of the nice places are adult only.

Reading these Reviews is like reading a book, just wish I had read them before I actually “booked” pardon the pun! I believe everything stated about the owner, Jan to be true and there’s likely plenty more terrible reviews that never got posted because people can’t be bothered. This lady belongs in a kookoo nest with a straight jacket!! Good riddance, never coming back to this park again!! FYI…, not everyone uses their real names on social media because of crazy people like Jan! To say she is RUDE would be a compliment.

I have got to say i would not recommend this RV Resort to anyone. My husband and I pulled in to use the easy access propane service they offer. This was all fine until i made the mistake of booking two nights to stay. We are traveling and have no real agenda. I worked with the front office girl to find two nights in a row that would be available for us, we pre-paid but felt like i was not going to be given a Receipt until we checked in three days later. I was instructed they would go over the rules and regulations when we checked in. Never once was I told there was a NO REFUND policy. Later that same day we had friends offer us to park at their place so I called to cancel our reservation. I was told they have a no refund policy even though they could have very easily rented our space. I called back asking to not cancel our reservation that we would be there. Jan called me back saying she was told what a flake I was and warned me if we did not show up by 4 pm that we would not be allowed in the park. She also said that if they had any problem with us that we would be asked to leave immediately. At this point i felt we were going to be targeted and they would have found a reason to kick us out. So we opted not to stay there. I did not want anymore of these bad vibes on my vacation. Thank You Jan! I have never been treated so rudely from someone in the Hospitality industry. You really should find a new line of work.
