This place is TERRIFIC! Very clean and nice. The pool is COLD. Very nice location, 5 mins one way is HEB and a shopping center with restaurants, 5 mins the other way is a walmart and shopping center with restaurants. Really cute cabins that we will be renting soon.

Overnight stop heading west on I-10 with great sites, fabulous customer service (Lisa was amazing on the phone when we booked and eapecially so in person!), and beautiful grounds. Safe and secure, too. Stayed hitched and only used power pedestal. Husband took a shower in the “bathhouse” and said everything was clean and water was fabulous (temp and pressure). Definitely making this a favorite overnight for our yearly trip to Tucson!

The park is very clean, but the spaces are extremely tight. I still went forward and rented here but the service that you get in the front office is beyond psychotic. I asked about my good Sam membership if I could get additional discount and all I got back from the two women in the front office were “we are not the owners we can’t do nothing about it.” After confronting them about their rudeness and unprofessionalism, they were trying to push me out even after I agreed on paying for an extra month to stay there all I got back from them was “if you don’t like it why don’t you leave” which I found that extremely rude when this is an open business for anybody. I hope the owner realizes that the two women in the front office (Adrianaand Shannon) are steering away good business. I see that it’s a 4.2 stars now, but sooner or later this RV park will be ranked the three stars and it doesn’t have nothing to do with the location or how clean this park is everything has to do with the hospitality that you get in the front office.

The owner of this “resort” hides behind his front desk staff. The office staff are friendly but that is the only positive thing. If you have any sort of big dog, stay away! They told us our dog looks like an aggressive breed and wanted to meet him to make sure. They gave our dog treats and pet him, took a picture to send to the owner, and called 10 minutes later asking us to leave. Not to mention when originally booking they told my husband they did not have a monthly spot that could accommodate our trailer size, 10 minutes later I called with the same question and they have multiple openings. Upon arrival there are multiple forms to sign and the check in process is very long. Price is high for the size of spots. We ended up going 5 minutes down the road for a cheaper price and larger spots. We paid nearly $600 and only got a $43 refund when we were asked to leave.
