This place is TERRIFIC! Very clean and nice. The pool is COLD. Very nice location, 5 mins one way is HEB and a shopping center with restaurants, 5 mins the other way is a walmart and shopping center with restaurants. Really cute cabins that we will be renting soon.

Overnight stop heading west on I-10 with great sites, fabulous customer service (Lisa was amazing on the phone when we booked and eapecially so in person!), and beautiful grounds. Safe and secure, too. Stayed hitched and only used power pedestal. Husband took a shower in the “bathhouse” and said everything was clean and water was fabulous (temp and pressure). Definitely making this a favorite overnight for our yearly trip to Tucson!

The park is very clean, but the spaces are extremely tight. I still went forward and rented here but the service that you get in the front office is beyond psychotic. I asked about my good Sam membership if I could get additional discount and all I got back from the two women in the front office were “we are not the owners we can’t do nothing about it.” After confronting them about their rudeness and unprofessionalism, they were trying to push me out even after I agreed on paying for an extra month to stay there all I got back from them was “if you don’t like it why don’t you leave” which I found that extremely rude when this is an open business for anybody. I hope the owner realizes that the two women in the front office (Adrianaand Shannon) are steering away good business. I see that it’s a 4.2 stars now, but sooner or later this RV park will be ranked the three stars and it doesn’t have nothing to do with the location or how clean this park is everything has to do with the hospitality that you get in the front office.

The owner of this “resort” hides behind his front desk staff. The office staff are friendly but that is the only positive thing. If you have any sort of big dog, stay away! They told us our dog looks like an aggressive breed and wanted to meet him to make sure. They gave our dog treats and pet him, took a picture to send to the owner, and called 10 minutes later asking us to leave. Not to mention when originally booking they told my husband they did not have a monthly spot that could accommodate our trailer size, 10 minutes later I called with the same question and they have multiple openings. Upon arrival there are multiple forms to sign and the check in process is very long. Price is high for the size of spots. We ended up going 5 minutes down the road for a cheaper price and larger spots. We paid nearly $600 and only got a $43 refund when we were asked to leave.

Owners thought of everything. Site was shady, concrete, utilities placed conveniently to unit, easy to park, enough room between rv’s, gated, nice pool, adult oriented so quiet and trash bins placed on your way out so no hike to dump before leaving. Definitely stay here again!

I’ve been to many campground, but this one has exemplified what Great Customer Service is about. I made reservations on the day of travel for an overnight stay. They accommodated my request and gave me instructions in case I arrived late. I’m glad I arrived before they left because I was greeted with 2 cold bottles of water (in a campground Koozie), given dog treats for the pups, and given a campground pen. They gave instructions on how to set the tv for local channels, gave me a quick overview of the grounds, told me about a pizza place that delivers directly to your spot. The very kind ladies gave me suggestions on where to eat, drove me to my spot, and were just overall very pleasant. I haven’t explored the campground much, but what I can see, it looks very nice with lush grass. They do not have a dog park, but do have a few dog walking areas. The spots may a little tight, but at $44 with a Good Sam discount, it is a bargain. I’m going on to San Antonio tomorrow where I will spend $85 per night without the great customer service. I’m very impressed with this place, unfortunately I don’t travel this direction much…..but if I do, I’ll make sure to come back.

Perfect size Pull-Thru for our 28F Storm. We are 63' (in total) and the concrete spot was 65'. That's the motorhome & dingy w/bikes on the rear rack. Didn't have to unhook like the bigger 'Coach' styles. So nice... We didn't use all the amenities Houston East had to offer but, the showers are very nice w/ a nice motif and private. Fixed adjustable shower head. Courteous staff and a quiet park. However, don't get there early if you want to save $20 in early arrival fees. Check-in 2:00pm!

What a nice welcome, happy efficient staff (Marianna). Easy, instant check-in, escorted to parking. Bathroom and shower facilities were very clean. What a well maintained and beautiful park. Interesting combination of treed, covered, cabins, premium sites. I’m sorry to note the only downside is the proximity to I-10 for some highway noise. Not a complaint but If you’re sensitive ask for a site farther away. BUT they have so many other positives. Free air for your rig or truck, fairly priced propane with convenient bottle swap. Laundry facilities that aren’t locked early. I’ll be stopping on my way back for sure, It was pouring all day and all night and the recommended Bucky’s Pizza delivered a really nice pizza & sandwich and their prices were very fair. There’s a H.E.B with gas station very close as well.
