Staying here felt like walking on eggshells. At first, David was trying to turn us away because we have children. We have stayed in many rv parks across many different states and have never had a negative experience like we did here. As soon as we pulled up, our poodle was barking because, well, he's a dog and was inside his own vehicle and saw people out. Of course we were immediately told our dog can't be barking. We were targets the entire time we stayed (about 3 months) and if you have kids, pets, or aren't the higher class please expect to be the next target.

Rooms=RV site. My reservations was waiting for me when I got here. Despite being close to the highway, it's quiet here. Easy to pull in a large travel trailer and set up. Would recommend for the RV crowd.

We stayed her for about six months this year and it's one of the prettiest and well cared for RV parks we've ever been too. Our little toddler and dog loved it as well. They both loved the owner's very friendly beagle.

Easy to book, easy to find. Right off of I-40, just past the Flying J. Quiet, well marked, safe campground. Pull through site fit our 38’ super C pulling a jeep with no problems and was nice and level. Good power and water is on year round. Would definitely stay here again when passing through.

Stopped for the night passing through. Pull through site was long enough that we did not have to unhook tow vehicle. 3 full bathroom very clean. Laundry room very clean. Very nice.

Great, place, very nice management. Very clean, very, very accessible. Easy right on I 40. Very well maintained. Definitely we'll be back here. And to top it off , they give you that good old fashioned country Welcome.

We stayed at Ivys cove for three nights. The owner David couldn’t have been any nicer. Super nice gentleman. I would recommend this RV park to anyone. Clean, level sites, reasonably priced and would definitely go there again if in that area. I highly recommend this park and the WiFi is phenomenal. James and Mary Hardee

Lovely RV park. Good sized dog park. Clean & neat all around. My only complaint is the bright ground lights on all night. Made sleeping difficult. Had it not been pouring rain, I'd have put a black bag over the one by us.

Nice park, set up great, all hookups conveniently located for easy accessibility. Quiet but still close to everything. Office personnel was nice and cheerful. Close to the highway but just far enough away to feel like you were in the country.

Very nice, park, clean, level, and safe, easy access from the interstate, quiet, gravel sites with grass and trees. We stayed overnight in a 30 foot travel trailer. Highly recommend this Park. Good Verizon signal and bandwidth.

This is an Rav park right off I40. They do overnight, weekly or long term spots. I booked by phone and it was very easy. We got in a bit late but there was a map for us and our name was on the board for our spot. The restrooms are immaculate. Each one is self contained with a shower. We just did a quick overnight but were very pleased with our site and the park

Well maintained RV Park and organized. Stayed 2 nights. Used laundry facility and everything worked. All machines were in good working condition and clean. Landscaping nicely kept. Garbage dumpster area clean.

Not a hotel but the RV spots are nice! FHU with fairly level pull through spots. Customer service was great- has a nice big dog park away from camp sites and surrounded by plenty of greenery!
