Absolutely not enough stars posted here to allow us to this place 10 stars, adult only gives this place an edge above the rest if your looking for that quite place, super clean RV grounds, The owners Joan and Harvey and family are absolutely the nicest people you could meet, Highly recommend.

Great. We requested a "No Contact" check in. They accommodated us and we're really friendly. The park was quiet and clean. Nice park.

More rules than a convent. We felt that they were constantly policing us on our 1 night stay. We felt the owners were very oppressive. It was clean with very loose gravel that needs pads under the jacks. We were unable to get on the "free Wifi". I even drove up to the office, thinking if I was closer it would help. Was unable to get on. Yes, I will make reservations with Black Bart Park or KOA where we have previously stayed, if I ever go back to Flagstaff. I do not recommend this park.

This is a very nice and quaint RV Park. We stayed there for 5 nights. Easy in and easy out for our 45’ Motorhome. Very friendly owners. They even taped a good bye note on our window. We certainly will return. Thank you for your hospitality. Sven and Jennifer

This park seems to run a very responsible park..it's a bit out of town (3 - 5 mi)...they have tho't of everything.. it's perfect size..not too big, not too small..nice landscaping, etc. It's treed, but not heavy, it quiet in the nite..not all sites have a cement pad, which would make it better...the internet is slower than expected, the laundry room is very clean, the owner/management are very kind and involved ...

Very peaceful, small, intimate park nestled in the pines. We love the fact that it's non-smoking. Park staff were friendly and helpful, from helping us park to helping us with the laundry. This will be our park whenever we are in the Flagstaff area.

Great place for a quick stop in Flagstaff. The lady who checked us in was so sweet and amazing! The park is very clean and well manicured. There is a nice little dog area to let your dogs off leash. Would definitely stay here again between travels if needed!

It was my wife's birthday and after driving all day we arrived at this campground at around 5 pm./ We checked in and while my wife took our dogs to the dog walk, I set up camp. While walking back, our dogs saw another dog and barked and got excited (7 month old puppy)but mywife calmed the dogs and we put them in our trailer and continued to set up camp. As I was sitting outside looking fore a place for dinner the owner comes up and tells me we have to leave because our dogs were "aggressive" which they are NOT, we are responsible pet owners and the dogs are always on leash and under control. I asked why and he told me if I was not out in an hour he was calling the police. I told him I wasn't gonna cause any trouble but he insisted that I only have 1 hour. So, I broke it to my wife who burst into tears. I broke camp and hooked our Jeep back up to the trailer and the owner came by , he suggested we camp at Walmart-- I asked him if he had heard of social media and told him I would be sharing my experience. He told me that if I did he would sue me and said he had better lawyers than me. Nothwithstaning my exceptional legal representation, I told him to go ahead and yes, I swore at him. It was late and without a place to stay I made a reservation at a local hotel. So, Mr. owner - you are indeed a despicable piece of work and in the immortal words of Clint Eastwood -- go ahead and make my day. AVOID this cesspool.

We got booted out after being there less than an hour for having aggressive dogs.. do NOT go here with your dog if it barks.

Park is great if you are one of the “in crowd”. I’m on the younger end of age restriction and a single lady. They had 2 nightly events 100 ft from my site, but I was never invited. I have two small dogs. If a dog walked by they would bark, or someone approaching my site they would bark. Within 5 minutes of me being there one guy was throwing me hand gestures because he was mad they would bark when someone went by. When we went for walks other dogs at there sites were also barking. But mine weren’t. Just makes sense when your dogs have claimed there site, they will let you know if anyone is in their territory. I wanted to go out to dinner, but god for bid my dogs barked so I ordered delivery. Park owner escorted the delivery guy to me with disgust. ‘ don’t you know he needs a visitors pass?” No I didn’t , so give him one. It’s too bad because the park was nice. You just have to have a pass to the in crowd and not have dogs.

Drove thru to check out this park and we were practically arrested by the rent a cop. Took pictures of us with his FLIP phone and blocked us in. Would never in a million years stay at this park.

Terrible experience. We just pull in off the highway and this lady comes up to us and was screaming “you cant smoke here i dont want to lose my job!” And she wouldn’t even give us a chance to ask any questions because we never came here in our lives and dont know anything. So we just ended up leaving and going to KOA. I recommend everyone go down the street to KOA because they have nicer people, no age restrictions, no smoking restrictions, you can have a camp fire it looks like other than J & H RV PARK. And i hope that girls boss sees this and fires her! Unacceptable behavior mam!
