Staff was very nice. Spots were spacious and the kids loved the waterslide. The complementary WAFFLES were the star of the show with their own peach cobbler syrup. I regret not buying a bottle when I was there, so I’ll have to go back!

Best KOA campground I’ve stayed at while traveling. Customer service is superb. They have a text program that keeps you updated throughout your trip on events and happenings at the campground. Lots of amenities. Pool, mini golf, frisbee golf, hammocks, playground, etc. Conveniently located close to the St Mary’s Downtown area. They serve a continental breakfast at the office and have a menu you can order from during the day. Highly recommend the campground if you’re visiting the area.

This was our first time staying at this campground, and overall, we had a great experience. We did have a few concerns early on, but management responded immediately and came directly to us to address them. We were very impressed with how friendly and professional he was. Even though we didn’t use the pool, I have to say—it’s one of the most impressive pools I’ve seen at a campground, and I’ve done quite a bit of camping! As someone who is a bit of a clean freak, I really appreciated how spotless the laundry room was. The shower house and restrooms were also very clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

It’s great doing business with a business that values their customers, and this KOA has gone above and beyond. Even before we arrived Kat called to let us know that we inadvertently double booked. We cleared that up on the phone & continued our journey. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted & went through the basics of staying at the campground. It’s our first time at this one & they have a lot of nice amenities. She then proceeded to the site assignment, which we booked a back in 50amp…and realizing that we had a slightly larger setup with tow vehicle & camper, she set us up with a longer pull through site that we could leave connected! And as most of you know, after a long day of driving, this is music to your ears. And finally, after taking a nice walk around the campground, we really found it to be inviting & quiet. We’ll absolutely add this campground to our favorites list & are super happy we found it! Keep up the great work!!!

This KOA captures the whole outdoors experience pretty well. We stayed here total of 2 months. The staff is always active and very involved with its KOA community. I do like how they can send out mass text messages to update everyone on things going on around the park or even friendly reminders. The site seemed managed pretty well. The laundry room however, was so far the most expensive laundromat we've been to yet. Their bathrooms are very cleaning and modern. One of the bathrooms however was under renovation. We always felt we were met with respect at the front desk when dealing with them. The location is kind of rural and there's mainly gas stations around this area. Walmart was only 10 minute drive however. this location is about 35-40 minutes to the beach. About 35-40 minutes away from Jacksonville. The price for monthly rates is decent. There are pros and cons about this place without getting into any specific details there was a situation in which we realized that the staff has a heart for the less fortunate. And another situation in which my wife and I had gone for breakfast and if your monthly camper breakfast is more expensive which we were confused with. The majority of the staff here is very helpful the main manager even went so far as to help us with details and rolling our son into school. Fairly quiet but there is always something going on at the pool which has a nice water slide that our son absolutely enjoyed.
