Serene campground in great location. Lots of amenities for families with children from what we saw. It was just a quick stopover for us but I would recommend. They even have a small restaurant which was helpful after driving all day.

Have now stayed at this campground two years in a row on our return trip from Florida to Ontario. This is one of our favourite KOAs. Friendly and helpful staff. Well laid out park that is close to I-95. Terrific amenities including a pool with a water slide, mini-putt golf course, tether ball court, games room, well-stocked store, restaurant room for meals or have food delivered to your site, and much more. First year we stayed at the park, a bad storm forced us to stay for another night and the park staff easily accommodated us.

Nice park with lots of trees and a pool. There was a clubhouse and waffles for breakfast. We were able to find hiking, biking and golfing a short drive away. Sites are close, but not cramped, and level. Staff was very helpful.

I stayed for a few months. I wish the free breakfast was included but not for folks staying a month or more. I did like the nice big pool and the layout of the park. However, we had to move spots . Which was only a little better, cause everything it rained, the park would flood. And, I mean FLOOD! I thought they were rather expensive. You have to pay for electric plus your lot rent, which is pretty high. It's well water...and they charge more per kilowatt then the electric company.. which that kinda upset me when I found out. Overall, we were paying almost $1200 for a small RV lot. Other then the swimming pool and a bathhouse there really isn't any other amenities. They do have a miniature golf course however the green is completely tore up and it's not been updated. The have a club house but it was shut down a lot cause the roof was leaking. They had a couch u can sit down on and read and I think a TV. Internet at that time was so bad.. it was down more then up.. however, I heard the made improvements to this. In general, I thought it was just okay but would go back more then a weekend.

We’ve stayed here several times over last five years. First stay in a deluxe cabin. Absolutely amazing and we loved it! Clean, comfortable, cozzy. Friendly staff, clean grounds. Nice dog park. Pet friendly, kid friendly. Highly recommend. Video coming out on Hammocks to Coasters on YouTube.

Stayed at this KOA for 3 nights. The pool is beautiful but we were driven away by the sewer smell that was coming from the campground's fence enclosed area located right next to the pool. The sewer smell even could be noticed at our campsite in Row A making us have to sit inside our RV with closed the windows to avoid the stench. The mini golf coarse would of been fun if not for many of the holes having serious issues to the point you have to skip those holes. Broken cups, missing edges, and the green carpets torn and folded back on itself. However, the staff was helpful and friendly and the free breakfasts were good with flavored syrup. There are renovations occuring on the bathrooms which will be very nice when completed. But do avoid the sites that face the run down looking workshop. Why pay that kind of money for that nasty view?

I stayed here overnight on my way down south and the bathrooms were disgusting ( they are working on a new bathhouse but that's no excuse for someone paying a lot of money to stay one night ) We needed a nice hot shower after days on the road. There was barely any hot water. I decided to get up early for the free breakfast. I ended up finding a lady bug cooked into my sausage and biscuits. I vomited and felt sick all day because of it. They didn't believe me and said "there's no way" like I made it up.. I didn't want to go back but we needed a place to park and plug in for the night while we were heading back north. So I called to see if they had a spot when we were 20 minutes away. She was talking so quiet on the phone and I kept asking her to speak louder but she wouldn't. Anyways we stayed here again 3 weeks later and the bathrooms were still disgusting and moldy and wet floors. I had to pay more money! We asked why the price increase and she said "times have changed" I really feel in my personal opinion we are paying for the new bathrooms while still using the nasty one. Not to mention when you walk around the area all you can smell is raw sewage from the backed up overworked lines. I don't give bad reviews often but I have been to many different KOAs and resorts. I have paid cheaper for a better overnight stay. Needless to say I will never be back to this campground again. I will go to a cracker barrel instead.

One of my Favorite KOA's so far. The area is nice, well maintained and the staff are always super friendly. We usually rent the deluxe cabin or the smaller one and they are in excellent condition and always kept super clean. We will continue to come back for years to come.

Could do a better job with maintenance for washing machines and landscaping could be better. The staff is full service and very nice. The place is busy during the day but quiet at night.i would come back.

Great stay. Pet friendly. You can order from the menu and they will bring it to your site. Food is very good only reason for 4 stars is always hearing traffic on the highway. Other than that +10
