This was a great stay. The A/C took some getting used to but the cottage number 2 my family of 4 stayed at. The main bed was really think and firm but still provides a decent sleep. Theres lots of activities for the kids.

We came down for vacation before we head to destin Florida. The staff is very informational about things to do, places to go. Our cabin is amazing, clean and ready to go when we got here. The actives here are amazing. From horseshoes to swimming pool. The balloon toss was great. Anyone looking for a family adventure jellystone is the place to be. Love this place. The best place on Earth! I have 6 kids of all different ages, ranging from 1-19, and they all had a blast! There are so many fun activities to do with the best staff! The bathrooms were always clean, the café food was good, and the store has the cutest things for sale! If you're looking for the perfect family getaway, you've found it! A place where kids can be kids😊

I would not suggest tent camping because of the exuberant amount of ants but if you do get bit by ants use some baking soda paste and then the next day you can use clove oil so that you don't get infected but these ants sting so I would suggest getting on a concrete slab or staying at a cabin not boo boo cabin because they don't have bathrooms or a place to cook no running water inside when you can't open the windows and they spray some kind of disgusting spray before you walk in I guess it's to freshen the air but it stinks. The bathrooms are nice because there's AC in there but they never clean there's dirt all over the floors there was the same hair balls in the shower all week. I had to take everything out of my tent and bleached everything down and then they came back. So I asked to go to a cabin which did not have a bathroom or running water or replace to cook so I just made the best of it. There were pieces of balloons all over the ground everywhere nobody picks up anything. It was definitely not worth the 49 a night for a tents and 79 a night for a cabin with no bathroom The taxes are double because of some campground fee. After being attacked by ants twice I expected to get some kind of a discount for the cabin but no that wasn't the case... I'll include some pictures. One is showing the headlights that everyone leaves on to park at the bathrooms and so I never got any sleep in that tent because nobody knows how to shut off their headlights.

Short version. The staff assisted me in fixing my AC upon arrival to the site. Longer version. Day one. We arrive with 4 eager kids. I setup the trailer and try to kick on the AC. What does it do? Nothing. I quickly realize I didn't pack a ladder/multimeter suitable for this level of troubleshooting. The staff stopped by and helped out with a ladder, multimeter, and other tools. They even sent someone out to assist in the troubleshooting process. Ended up taking about 1.5 hours and the AC was fixed. Thanks to these folks.
