Overall a nice place to visit but a few things to mention. I want to say the staff we interacted with were all very helpful and friendly. Pros: *RV sites are spacious and full hookup *Concrete patio is so nice. No tracking stone and sand inside. *Large Pool *On site food *Arcade *Well stocked store *Golf cart rentals *Rental cabins in the newer part of the campground look fantastic *Kids splash pad area looked like a lot of fun Cons *Hot tub spa was gross. Soapy, oily, cloudy. Been to many very busy campgrounds with crystal clear spas. Wouldn't go in this. *Across the street from the office is the arcade and food counter. There is a deck with tables outdoor overlooking the pond but the tables are very dirty. A nice power wash would do wonders. *Some buildings, railings, outdoor areas are outdated or need repairs. I wouldn't say this is a pro or con depending on your point of view . It is obviously geared towards kids as expected. It is not a quiet place and many golf carts racing up and down blasting music well past 10 o'clock at night. If you have younger children this will be a great place to visit. Random Note: There is nothing nearby. If you come in on a Saturday as we did and decided after setup we just wanted to grab a pizza. We were very surprised that nearly everything within 20 minutes is closed on Saturday.

My family and I had such an amazing experience here. We continue to discuss plans on coming back. Our cabin was spotless and everything was included as listed on their site. The staff was friendly and attentive. My kids enjoyed every event scheduled and they all stared in a timely manner. We’re excited to visit again in the future.

This place is super adorable and the area around is just gorgeous! The only complaints I have is the floor in the cabin was really dirty and there wasn't a shower head or plug for the bathtub. I'm sure if we alerted them they would have fixed it as the staff was all really nice. We didn't alert anyone because we expected a cabin at a campground to have fairly dirty floors as the driveway was dirt/gravel. They had a lot of fun activities to do with the kids and it was quiet and peaceful. There was woods behind our cabin and it felt secluded and peaceful. We will be returning next year ! My kids definitely wanted me to ask if we could buy the shower curtain lol 😂

The campground itself is pretty cool big spacious lots of exciting camping going on. The overall customer service or understanding how to make sure people on vacation can maximize their time and experiences seems to be lacking. The training and understanding of the staff and what the rules and responsibility should be just wasn't there. A number of the staff could not understand or speak English, which made it really hard to get help or support when needed Overall general maintenance items lacked attention to detail. We found many things that were broken or not working that impacted our overall stay on the bright spot they have one young lady named Olivia, who was what all of them should be warm, friendly and accommodating.
