Overall a nice place to visit but a few things to mention. I want to say the staff we interacted with were all very helpful and friendly. Pros: *RV sites are spacious and full hookup *Concrete patio is so nice. No tracking stone and sand inside. *Large Pool *On site food *Arcade *Well stocked store *Golf cart rentals *Rental cabins in the newer part of the campground look fantastic *Kids splash pad area looked like a lot of fun Cons *Hot tub spa was gross. Soapy, oily, cloudy. Been to many very busy campgrounds with crystal clear spas. Wouldn't go in this. *Across the street from the office is the arcade and food counter. There is a deck with tables outdoor overlooking the pond but the tables are very dirty. A nice power wash would do wonders. *Some buildings, railings, outdoor areas are outdated or need repairs. I wouldn't say this is a pro or con depending on your point of view . It is obviously geared towards kids as expected. It is not a quiet place and many golf carts racing up and down blasting music well past 10 o'clock at night. If you have younger children this will be a great place to visit. Random Note: There is nothing nearby. If you come in on a Saturday as we did and decided after setup we just wanted to grab a pizza. We were very surprised that nearly everything within 20 minutes is closed on Saturday.

My family and I had such an amazing experience here. We continue to discuss plans on coming back. Our cabin was spotless and everything was included as listed on their site. The staff was friendly and attentive. My kids enjoyed every event scheduled and they all stared in a timely manner. We’re excited to visit again in the future.

This place is super adorable and the area around is just gorgeous! The only complaints I have is the floor in the cabin was really dirty and there wasn't a shower head or plug for the bathtub. I'm sure if we alerted them they would have fixed it as the staff was all really nice. We didn't alert anyone because we expected a cabin at a campground to have fairly dirty floors as the driveway was dirt/gravel. They had a lot of fun activities to do with the kids and it was quiet and peaceful. There was woods behind our cabin and it felt secluded and peaceful. We will be returning next year ! My kids definitely wanted me to ask if we could buy the shower curtain lol 😂

The campground itself is pretty cool big spacious lots of exciting camping going on. The overall customer service or understanding how to make sure people on vacation can maximize their time and experiences seems to be lacking. The training and understanding of the staff and what the rules and responsibility should be just wasn't there. A number of the staff could not understand or speak English, which made it really hard to get help or support when needed Overall general maintenance items lacked attention to detail. We found many things that were broken or not working that impacted our overall stay on the bright spot they have one young lady named Olivia, who was what all of them should be warm, friendly and accommodating.

Review of Our Recent Stay Our stay was enjoyable overall, with a calm and quiet atmosphere perfect for family time. We especially appreciated how spacious the RV site was and the variety of activities available. One standout was Olivia from the front desk—her customer service was exceptional and made us feel truly welcomed. --- Highlights - Peaceful, family-friendly camping environment - Spacious RV site with room for our trailer and gear - Engaging activities suitable for all ages - Olivia’s attentive and professional assistance --- Areas for Improvement - Staff Training and Attitude - Most team members seemed unfamiliar with basic hospitality protocols and often appeared distracted. - Pool-area personnel need clear roles, whether as attendants or certified lifeguards; phone use during shifts felt unprofessional. - Pool Chair Lift Maintenance - Batteries for the chair lift were depleted and couldn’t be located on site. - Regular checks and a documented storage location would ensure the lift is always ready for guests. - Cabin Accessibility - Although advertised as handicap accessible, the hallways were too narrow for a wheelchair and the shower lacked proper roll-in design. - These features fell short of minimum accessibility standards. - RV Site Amenities - The pad was slightly unlevel, making setup more challenging. - Nearby restrooms and showers also lacked wheelchair-friendly access. --- Summary & Recommendations We cherish the time spent camping with multiple generations—including our daughter, grandmother, and dogs—and believe this location has great potential. With targeted staff training, consistent maintenance routines for accessibility equipment, and genuine updates to advertised handicap features, the resort could elevate an already peaceful experience into an outstanding one. Thank you for your attention to these details. We hope to return once these improvements are in place.

I had some minor complaints about the bathrooms on Friday evening, I received a call from the general manager immediately the next morning. I was shocked. And she kept in touch all weekend. Very diligent, kind, respectful, courteous, and sweet! Difficult job, Difficult situation, SUCH Difficult people!" I would not want this job ever! General manager, amazing! Already planning next year's trip! Ty! 😊

The Good: Very friendly staff, great cabins, lots of activities and attractions. The Bad and Ugly: The surfaces in our cabins were clean, but the floors needed a serious mopping. Pack a swiffer jet and you are good to go. The bottoms of our feet were black in minutes. Other than that, the cabin was very clean and orderly. I'm not sure how they forgot the floors. We had a relaxing stay. My daughter wants to go back next year.

We've been coming to this RV park for the past seven years and overall, we really enjoy it. It's a great place for families, and we appreciate the relaxing atmosphere. That being said, there are two areas that could really use improvement: •The small playground and the bouncing pillow are favorite spots for our kids, but unfortunately there’s no seating nearby. Parents are left standing for long periods in the sun with nowhere to sit while supervising their children. A few strategically placed benches or shaded seating areas would make a big difference in comfort. •We've noticed that by just ten minutes after the pool opens on weekends, nearly all the tables and chairs are already taken, not by people actively using them, but by those who leave towels to “claim” their spots and don’t return for hours. It’s frustrating to see shaded areas go unused while families are left in the sun, or nowhere to sit at all. A clearer policy or some enforcement around reserving spots could help make the space more fairly accessible to everyone. Despite these issues, we continue to return because of the many positive experiences we’ve had here. We hope management will take this feedback into consideration to help make the park even better for all guests.

Nice "beginner" camping experience for our four year old. Stayed in a rustic cabin. Camp sites are close to each other, but all the fun resort offerings really added to the experience. You're told to install the Jellystone app to get detailed information on the schedule, but we found that the schedule posted at the ranger station did not match up with what was posted on the app anyway.

Campsites are nicely spaced and clean! The activities are well planned and keep the kids busy. Everyone is friendly! The pool is fantastic and the Tabbed station is very helpful with any needed you may have! Definitely a10 out of 10! (PS...tent, camper and cabin sites available)

*UPDATED* The park reached out and graciously worked with me given the circumstances. I am updating my star rating to (5) given the park's excellent customer service. **ORIGINAL** I had to cancel my reservation b/c of a positive COVID test. I full well understand the cancellation policy that I agreed to upon reserving a site, and they were absolutely within their right to enforce it. However, I did call to give them a heads up so that they could make my site available to another family. We don't believe in no-shows. It would have been a nice gesture to at least turn my deposit into camp credit towards a future stay (or at least some of it). Since this campground required a 50% deposit, I lost a decent chunk of money. As such, I'll likely not look to booking with them again. Accordingly, my rating is a 3 (neutral).

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this facility. The 2 room cabin we had was a great fit for myself, my wife a nd 2 daughters. The girls also enjoyed the activities (tie dye shirts, ice cream social). We definitely will return again.

Pros; -The place is nice -Friendly people -Yogi and friends are usually around saw kids can see them -Staff is nice, specially the ones in charge of the kids entrainment Cons; -Place is big so if you stay I will recommend to rent a golf cart -BED BUGS - I read the reviews here but I didn’t listen .I will recommend not to stay in the cabins at least not the rustic ones. I got the most inching bites ever. Plus all the work I have to do to make sure I didn’t brought one home. -Pools don’t open until Memorial Day and even tho it was 90 degrees, they didn’t let us put a tiny baby pool for the little ones to cool off -The lake is only for fishing or to go in the boats 🚣‍♀️. If you rent the boat I will recommend to keep your hands inside . We saw a few BIG SNAKES 🐍.
