We were tucked back right along the river (Sacramento) for a nice warm weekend with friends! Great spot right off the freeway and along the river. Great customer service and staff, they have a pool to die for too! Definitely will be back!

We were here to dump my dad’s trailer. We paid for dump services. The lady up front was completely rude to us when we were in the middle of dumping because we had a power cord plugged in to put the jacks down. They also said we took too long, but we didn’t know there was a time limit while dumping. While we were cleaning up, her brother drove over and said these exact words, “get the f— in your truck and get the f— out of here. I’m not nice like my sister.” We would not recommend coming here, as the managers are not friendly at all.

Very kind people on the phone. Did not book because $70/night is absolutely wild to us full-timers but that seems to be the norm in California. If that's in your budget highly recommend the people that work there!

We stayed here for one night on a trip from Southern California to Oregon. Park is located along Riverland Drive about 2 miles south of the Freeway exit. You pass a couple mobile home parks along the way. Well maintained park, friendly check-in, and quiet. We were in site 43 which was on a concrete pad as are most of the sites. We were able to use it as a pull thru as no one was in the other half of the pad. Nice separation between sites with oleanders and shrubs. Each site has a picnic table as well. The noise from I5 was noticeable if you listened for it, but much less than I expected. We also were able to occasionally hear a train which was a mile to the west over the river. The walk along the river bank is peaceful.

Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by the owners/staff. Sites are large and the ones facing the river are especially great.
