JGW RV Park

We stayed at Sacramento rv Park walking distance from this one. Then we stayed at this one. This one cost twice as much, the pool is a peanut and a long ways from anyone camping. The shower rooms are hot. The wifi is free, but has no Internet. The other one has a nice pool, restrooms are air-conditioned, it cost half the price, and the pool is within walking distance. The laundry room closes at 5, but you need to have your close in by 3:30 because the lock it at 5pm. This one has a nice park on the river that's nice to look at, to fast to get in. It's a nice park for seniors who don't want a pool and who don't have kids. We will not be staying here again.

Came again after two years to meet up with friends from Oregon. Very clean and quiet. Showers were very clean . Our wifes love the pool. Small dog park so you can let your fur baby's do there thing We had the best spot , trailers opened up to each other. Beautiful view of the Sacramento River. Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly. We're already looking to come back soon. Close to hwy 5 and easy to park your Rv.

Very clean RV park with decent space between sites. Our space had a hedge between us and one neighbor and a grassy space on the other. Easy in and out and Joan was very helpful getting the reservation in advance. The view of the Sacramento River was a nice addition. We will return !!!

Excellent place for a night, or as a base for vacation in northern California. Well organized and maintained. Two adjacent drive-through sites share utility hookup with water/electric/sewer/cable for both, so your neighbor's utility side will be on your utility side, and you camp side will be separated by vegetation from you other neighbor's camp side.

Doing a cross country trip this was our first stop that was recommended to us by a local patron and it was very nice. The night registration was a little confusing but the owner drove through and was very helpful and pleasant. The camper spaces were very nice and big with full hookups and Lots of shade from the trees. Oh and dog friendly! This was a nice quiet place!

We were tucked back right along the river (Sacramento) for a nice warm weekend with friends! Great spot right off the freeway and along the river. Great customer service and staff, they have a pool to die for too! Definitely will be back!

We were here to dump my dad’s trailer. We paid for dump services. The lady up front was completely rude to us when we were in the middle of dumping because we had a power cord plugged in to put the jacks down. They also said we took too long, but we didn’t know there was a time limit while dumping. While we were cleaning up, her brother drove over and said these exact words, “get the f— in your truck and get the f— out of here. I’m not nice like my sister.” We would not recommend coming here, as the managers are not friendly at all.

Very kind people on the phone. Did not book because $70/night is absolutely wild to us full-timers but that seems to be the norm in California. If that's in your budget highly recommend the people that work there!

We stayed here for one night on a trip from Southern California to Oregon. Park is located along Riverland Drive about 2 miles south of the Freeway exit. You pass a couple mobile home parks along the way. Well maintained park, friendly check-in, and quiet. We were in site 43 which was on a concrete pad as are most of the sites. We were able to use it as a pull thru as no one was in the other half of the pad. Nice separation between sites with oleanders and shrubs. Each site has a picnic table as well. The noise from I5 was noticeable if you listened for it, but much less than I expected. We also were able to occasionally hear a train which was a mile to the west over the river. The walk along the river bank is peaceful.

Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by the owners/staff. Sites are large and the ones facing the river are especially great.

Very welcoming, peaceful surroundings as well other travelers and greatly located for easy access to downtown or to recreational outdoors.

This is our go to place between OR and the Bay area .We love to sit on the banks of the Sacramento River. It is a clean, well kept and quiet RV Park!

Beautiful and quiet RV park on the Sacramento River. The park has a beautiful mature garden with oleanders and black oaks shading every site and providing a lot of privacy. The sites are extremely generous with large concrete picnic tables and lawn area to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a huge common space next to the river to sit back and relax under the shade of the oaks. Easy 10 min run up the road into Redding and less than an hour to Lassen National park. I will definitely come back here when we are next in the area!

Great RV park. Have stayed here several times and will come back next time I’m passing through. Reasonably quiet, large sites that are largely pull through and level concrete pads. Good hookups, friendly staff, well maintained, and clean. Only downside is you have to backtrack over a mile to get to the park, but that’s a fairly mild minus in my book.

Did me a great service and credited me the months rent back even though they said they don't usually do that, after I got moved for work the same day I paid rent!
