A quiet oasis in Nanaimo. Campers are treated to the delights of the surrounding garden areas. We stayed in mid-July when the many Hydrangeas were in bloom. Bathrooms are VERY clean; hot showers for $1. The owner is so helpful and friendly. Perfectly located for a stopover before or after the ferry. The owners are friendly and helpful. Could not ask for a nicer place to camp!

Really Nice campground with a super friendly owner. John gave us a lot of tips for the area. He also got free Loonies for the shower and a free electricity adapter since we did not had one with us. Great experience 🙏🏼

Great campsite, very hospitable owner. The day before arrival, we called about check-in time as the ferry would only be arriving at 10:15PM, but it was no problem and the owner, John, would still personally check us in. He gave us a few tips as it was our first time on Vancouver Island. The Lily Garden is beautiful. Campground is quiet. Facilities are clean, although showers are coin-operated.

This is one of the best little hidden gems the campground is pretty extensive has all the ammenties, the owner of the site although a little hard to understand is the nicest gentleman ive ever had the pleasure to meet.The only downside is there is new development on the east side of the campground. Everything else is golden its 2 mins away from a lake with fishing/swimming access 5 min drive from downtown nanamio.

The owner manager is very caring. He is very gentle and cares of every guest. Always smiling. The campground has beautiful relaxing garden. Very clean washroom, has water and electricity supply in each site plus wifi is available. The ground to put the tent up is even covered with fine sand so it is smooth.

Great place to stay when you’re in the area. We were arriving late with the ferry so we called at night and booked a site. The host stayed up till we got there and showed us where everything is which was awesome. Sites were really nice, they seem very private. The washrooms were good too, very clean and there is a shower you can use for a loonie. Also, there is a sani dump for those who need it. Overall, we had a good stay here and will stay again if in the area

Well maintained RV Park & Campground, with beautiful gardens. John, the owner, is very friendly, kind and accommodating. Spectacular views of Mt. Benson. Direct access to the Parkway Trail, close to shopping, dining and all other amenities. John is very helpful with tourist attractions, places to visit and directions. Common area facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained.
