We had an absolutely amazing stay at Unhitched Foley RV Resort! My husband, myself, and our entire family had the best time making memories together. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool and waterslide — it was a huge hit! The club room was so much fun and a perfect place for the family to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The location is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach while still having a beautiful, relaxing place to come back to. We highly recommend Unhitched Foley RV Resort for families looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Spacious sites, quite, great swimming pool with slides and a nice lazy river. If you get a spot on the side by the check in office plenty of shade. About 30 minutes from the beach at Gulf Shores. We had a great week here. Has a catch and release pond.

Beautiful place to live in the summer. Stayed for about two weeks. Never want to leave. The managers are amazing, the staff is amazing. There’s a pond and a pool with a lazy river. Honestly if I could live here I would.

We’ve stayed at Unhitched RV Park for several soccer tournaments now, and it’s truly become our team’s favorite place to stay. What started with just a couple of families has grown into about eight families all choosing to stay here together—it’s part of our tradition now. The girls always have such a great time, especially enjoying the pool and indoor play area. It gives them a chance to unwind, have fun, and make even more memories outside of their games. What really sets this place apart, though, is the ownership. On this most recent trip, they went above and beyond to make sure our group—especially the girls—had an enjoyable experience. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. It means so much to have a place that not only offers great amenities, but also truly values its guests. We’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend it to other teams and families.

The absolute best campground in Foley! We have been coming here for a couple of years now and we are never disappointed! Staff has always been amazing. It has changed people a couple times but the customer service has always remained top tier. We LOVE how safe and clean the park is. And the pools are AMAZING! We recommend this park to all our friends and family.

We just stayed one night at the beautiful Unhitched Foley RV Park but wish we could have stayed much longer! We rented a tiny cottage that was so cute with a covered porch with ceiling fan and table and chairs. The layout of the house was perfect with full functional kitchen with table and chairs, a nice living area space with comfortable couch and chair, tv and gas fireplace and bedroom and bath. The staff here including its on-site managers Samantha and Craig Golden are just simply wonderful! From the check-in staff to the maintenance folks (Gary) everyone we encountered were so kind, friendly and helpful. The location is great too - downtown Foley, AL just a couple miles away is the cutest town with some great shopping and local restaurants! We loved Portobellas Italian for dinner. Highly recommend this park and we are already planning our next visit!

Every part of the experience was fantastic. The people here were so nice, the location was great, the facilities were clean, it was easy to set up my camper, the pool is a ton of fun, and there are a ton of activities. I really like, too, how close this place is to Foley, so you have easy access to whatever you need in the town. You're a super short trip away from whatever you need if you want a quick bite or maybe you forgot something.

Stayed here for our soccer team tournament at OWA fields. Excellent location with amazing staff. Very clean and well kept. Excellent for kids with the pool are and indoor play area. Highly recommended will definitely stay again when in Foley!

We love love it here!!! We came for a weekend and 2 months later we are still here!!! Lynn in the office is so caring - waterpark with lazy river and slides - lake you can fish catch and release - my dogs are very relaxed and content here … 20 minutes from Gulf Shores Beach

I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Several staff members displayed behavior that I found to be discourteous and lacking professionalism. I had my very 1st “YOU PEOPLE” experience. (Im Native American). My family and I have been spending our summers at Jonny’s Rv for the past 7 years the new owners are definitely not for (MY PEOPLE). So we have made our last and final year!

STAY AWAY! This place should be called Unhinged not Unhitched. It is definitely not what use to be the Johnnys we once loved. They don’t enforce rules and let their guest do whatever. Quiet time is not enforced. None of the rules are enforced. Golf carts flying around blaring music at all times of the night by kids that aren’t even supposed to be driving them. They say “we tell them to stop” but won’t enforce rules and make the UNRULY crazies leave. Instead, the good people never come back. So we will never go back. If you are looking for an unsafe place (where you never know if a man walks in the women’s restroom), a place where drunks let their 5 year olds roam free and unsupervised including in the pool area, or a place where your safety doesn’t matter. Then this is the place for you. Maybe we should known after seeing a police car circle the park daily and even sit and wait looking for trouble. We will never be back. Since you want to reply with an incorrect response, I will add to my review. The addressing of the drunk man in the restroom was done by me. Not anyone in your park. Even your security guard did nothing. And the mother was in there with the child. There was no need for him to be there and because he was drunk he didn’t like that I asked him to step out and then his wife cussed out my wife. You were not there. Look at the video. They were in the community room all night long. I have video of them screaming and hollering in there til midnight. And it was reported and y’all did nothing but say you would review the video and that’s it. No one stopped the partying all night long. No one stopped the golf carts all night long. Y’all specifically said that all you can do is ask them to follow rules. You don’t enforce anything. Your great relationship with the police probably has to do with the fact they have to ride through to keep the peace. Like I said. Avoid this place.

The Park was very well kept, the staff is excellent, the lazy river/pool is very relaxing, has a workout room, game room, clean bathhouses, nice activities center, allows pets and is close to some good restaurants. Also, our RV pad had shade (A10) and well maintained.

This is the nicest Rv park that we have stayed at iEVER. It is beautiful here, family friendly and the staff is just wonderful in every sense if the word!! The price is great and your made to feel like a VIP! Thank you for being so patient (we broke down on the way to) and understanding!! Well, the grass is nothing but stickers, bad bad full of stickers. Kids or dogs can't go in the grass at all. We had to bring our dogs elsewhere 5 times a day( leave premises)to walk around and go to bathroom. Terrible inconvenience for a relaxing trip.. after driving 5 hours,when we got there I went inside and had to wait 15 min or more while the lady was on the phone about a potential future( next year cutomer as i over heard the convo)customer as ( I ) a paying customer was infront of her waiting to check in. To me that was very rude the lady was very nice once she did finally get off the phone. The place is very clean,nice facilities and very nice people camping. Great price
