Johnny's Lakeside RV Resort is a family-friendly RV resort located in Foley, Alabama. The resort offers a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, playground, and a fishing pier. The resort also offers a variety of activities, such as kayaking, paddle boarding, and biking. The resort is located on the shores of Wolf Bay, providing guests with stunning views of the bay and the surrounding area. The resort is also close to a variety of attractions, including the Gulf Coast Zoo, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and the Foley Sports Complex.

Johnny's Lakeside RV Resort

Every part of the experience was fantastic. The people here were so nice, the location was great, the facilities were clean, it was easy to set up my camper, the pool is a ton of fun, and there are a ton of activities.

I really like, too, how close this place is to Foley, so you have easy access to whatever you need in the town. You're a super short trip away from whatever you need if you want a quick bite or maybe you forgot something.

Stayed here for our soccer team tournament at OWA fields. Excellent location with amazing staff. Very clean and well kept. Excellent for kids with the pool are and indoor play area. Highly recommended will definitely stay again when in Foley!

Can't wait to return to this campground! The staff is so kind.  The campground is well kept and all the amenities are above board! So glad to have found this jewel of a place!

We love love it here!!!  We came for a weekend and 2 months later we are still here!!!  Lynn in the office is so caring - waterpark with lazy river and slides - lake you can fish catch and release - my dogs are very relaxed and content here … 20 minutes from Gulf Shores Beach

I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Several staff members displayed behavior that I found to be discourteous and lacking professionalism. I had my very 1st “YOU PEOPLE” experience. (Im Native American). My family and I have been spending our summers at Jonny’s Rv for the past 7 years the new owners are definitely not for (MY PEOPLE). So we have made our last and final year!

STAY AWAY!  This place should be called Unhinged not Unhitched. It is definitely not what use to be the Johnnys we once loved.  They don’t enforce rules and let their guest do whatever. Quiet time is not enforced. None of the rules are enforced. Golf carts flying around blaring music at all times of the night by kids that aren’t even supposed to be driving them. They say “we tell them to stop” but won’t enforce rules and make the UNRULY crazies leave. Instead, the good people never come back. So we will never go back.  If you are looking for an unsafe place (where you never know if a man walks in the women’s restroom), a place where drunks let their 5 year olds roam free and unsupervised including in the pool area, or a place where your safety doesn’t matter. Then this is the place for you. Maybe we should known after seeing a police car circle the park daily and even sit and wait looking for trouble.  We will never be back.

Since you want to reply with an incorrect response, I will add to my review. The addressing of the drunk man in the restroom was done by me. Not anyone in your park. Even your security guard did nothing. And the mother was in there with the child. There was no need for him to be there and because he was drunk he didn’t like that I asked him to step out and then his wife cussed out my wife. You were not there. Look at the video. They were in the community room all night long. I have video of them screaming and hollering in there til midnight. And it was reported and y’all did nothing but say you would review the video and that’s it. No one stopped the partying all night long.  No one stopped the golf carts all night long.  Y’all specifically said that all you can do is ask them to follow rules.  You don’t enforce anything. Your great relationship with the police probably has to do with the fact they have to ride through to keep the peace.  Like I said. Avoid this place.

The Park was very well kept, the staff is excellent, the lazy river/pool is very relaxing, has a workout room, game room, clean bathhouses, nice activities center, allows pets and is close to some good restaurants. Also, our RV pad had shade (A10) and well maintained.

This is the nicest Rv park that we have stayed at iEVER. It is beautiful here,  family friendly and the staff is just wonderful in every sense if the word!!  The price is great  and your made to feel like a VIP! Thank you for being so patient (we broke down on the way to) and understanding!! Well, the grass is nothing but stickers, bad bad full of stickers. Kids or dogs can't go in the grass at all. We had to bring our dogs elsewhere 5 times a day( leave premises)to walk around and go to bathroom. Terrible inconvenience for a relaxing trip.. after driving 5 hours,when we got there I went inside and had to wait 15  min or more while the lady was on the phone about a potential future( next year cutomer as i over heard the convo)customer as ( I ) a paying customer was infront of her waiting to check in. To me that was very rude the lady was very nice once she did finally get off the phone. The place is very clean,nice facilities and very nice people camping. Great price

When they invited people for coffee and donuts they cut the donuts in half for the price you pay here at this campgrounds I'm sure they can afford to have a whole donuts . Wish they offered more activities. The ice cream social was another thing they had offered 2 flavors cheap walmart chocolate or vanilla. Will be.my last time there you can tell management is only worried about filling the spots and  nothing more. They have workers that will mow the grass and blow leaves and dirt on your vehicles they have no respect for people's vehicles

We spent 5 days here in May. Adorable RV park. They have a cute pool that was across from our camper. Our grandsons loved it. Nice paved pads, some a little bit close, but still nice.Other spots not so close. No fire pits or grills ,so make sure you bring a grill. Very clean bathhouse, and laundry room. Very quiet park. We loved our stay and plan to visit again.

Just north of Foley, AL lies Johnny's along Highway 59. A fairly large RV resort with 15, 30 and 50 amp hookups, pools, large conference area, clean showers and coin operated laundry.

I came down to connect for my first RV rally and this was a great site to hold the rally at. Clean grounds even though a hurricane has recently passed through the area 6 months ago  and great options nearby for food, shopping and close to the Gulf of Mexico.

The staff is real friendly and courteous and the office staff make check in and out simple and pain free. Ask for the military discount at time of reservation and that is a nice discount for my fellow veterans. Overall a great experience and would recommend staying here again in the future.
