Trailer trash business. We made a booking through Airbnb and we got here at 935 at night trying to figure out what to do because according to the "host" they don't use Airbnb and they can't do anything for us even though the tiny home we booked for the one night is obviously sitting empty. This is one business I will never be coming back to and would never suggest to anyone.

We were headed over the Rockies for a 6-day celebration of life for my nephew, and needed a place to store our RV trailer. We booked a night, 6 nights storage, and a return night for our trip. Christy and Renee were extremely helpful and made sure we got a good overnight site, as well as a convenient site to store the trailer in their Secure Storage area. If you are looking for A Thousand Trails or KOA experience, this is not that Park. However, it has level sites with full hookups and clean restrooms and laundry. We booked directly with the facility and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. We are recommending this park to family and friends as they travel through Grand Junction.

Run by TERRIBLE human beings. I booked 6 months out through booking.com, with FREE cancelation through June 2026. I canceled today, 2/28/2026, and they charge me a cancelation fee OUTSIDE of booking.com. Do NOT support these thieves.

Cheapest RV park in town and after driving by some of the others we are glad we stayed here. Mostly gravel with 3 dog runs and a play set for kids. Everyone we met was friendly and the facilities are clean. Close to Loves and the freeway entrance. The National Park and river trail are close, less than 15 minutes to a grocery store. Great location

This is a good value RV park. Nothing too fancy but worth its money. Spots are nice and level with utilities in good shape. They are level gravel spots and some have a nice picnic table on a brick patio. The staff is friendly and helpful
