Cheapest RV park in town and after driving by some of the others we are glad we stayed here. Mostly gravel with 3 dog runs and a play set for kids. Everyone we met was friendly and the facilities are clean. Close to Loves and the freeway entrance. The National Park and river trail are close, less than 15 minutes to a grocery store. Great location

This is a good value RV park. Nothing too fancy but worth its money. Spots are nice and level with utilities in good shape. They are level gravel spots and some have a nice picnic table on a brick patio. The staff is friendly and helpful

I was in Grand Junction for a family medical situation and chose this RV park because Ashley was so understanding and accommodating. The price was reasonable and she found me a spot that met my unpredictable needs. The spot itself was perfectly level with shade, a picnic table and a brick patio area. The location is a few blocks from the highway, so there is a bit of street noise, but not bad. Their on-site store has RV supplies and some parts and nearby is a Love's travel stop for most things you might need. This park has a mix of full-time residents and long-term and short-term RV guests. Bathroom was clean. Google maps navigation had the entrance as being on H Road, its actually on 22 Road with a big sign. Thank you, Ashley and staff!

Great location so easy to get around town and see things. Lots of full-time folks like a lot of parks these days, but it was like moving into a new neighborhood. They were welcoming and friendly and helpful. The office staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We were close to the road, but the trucking seemed to stop at night. Would stay again.

Hats off to the Amazing Staff at Junction West RV Park. In mid June while on vacation my Husband got into a terrible ATV accident. My Brother in law found this RV Park to bring my 5th wheel so I could visit my Husband in the Hospital everyday. I spent 6 weeks with these wonderful folks. From the first moment I met them the staff went above & beyond with their services, compassion & Love. I felt they had all adopted me. They made me feel so safe & cared for when I was alone 12 hours away from my Hometown in New Mexico

Love this place! Very welcoming to us and our dog. The bathrooms are always very clean and well maintained and the workers are always very helpful even when the office is closed. The dog parks are clean and the park is always quiet and peaceful. I recommend 100%.

Simply the best customer service I have ever experienced with an RV park. Ashley was very patient, understanding to my questions and frankly, made it feel like home. I absolutely enjoy the focus they have for the kids and doing all they can to make this park the top of Mesa County. Thank you for such an amazing experience Ashley!!!

This is a GREAT RV park! Roomy spaces, picnic tables in every spot, great people and so clean!! We are retired disabled seniors and we needed help replacing the vent covers on our RV and the managers came over and jumped in and replaced them, no charge!! They are the best!! Can't believe someone would do this for just anyone!! Can't beat this park!!

Stayed in one of the cottages - it’s a Tiny Home with loft-style beds. It was perfect for our needs while I was here waiting for my car to be fixed. Way better than a hotel! It really felt like home away from home. Having a kitchen was wonderful. If I’m ever in Grand Junction again, I will definitely stay here! The lady who owns this place is so sweet and I can tell she cares a lot about this place.

This was a great place to stay. The guests were a pleasant to be around and the new management was very welcoming and accommodating

This place looks like a run down trailer park with a lot of long term residents. The tiny house was not clean, the bathrooms were filthy. The office was hardly open even when it was during business hours. The office staff was not friendly.

The office is rarely open. The bathrooms consistently have feces on the toilet seats. Stay at your own risk.

My family and I have lived here for awhile now and seen 2 GMs and out of the 2 Melissa has been amazing and done great work to bring this place up. We was debating on moving until she came. It had really became a community and it's been great for my kids. The campers that come and go are awesome and seem to be happy and just all around great places here.
