It cost us $6.50 for 3 hrs I think? There is a public washroom. The falls are gorgeous. You can see them from a few different vantage points.

Kakabeka Falls is a magnificent natural wonder that leaves visitors in awe. The breathtaking view of the waterfall, often referred to as the “Niagara of the North,” is a sight to behold. The cascading water and the surrounding lush greenery create a picturesque scene that is simply unforgettable. The lookouts around the falls are impeccably maintained, offering clean and well-designed vantage points for capturing stunning photos and taking in the scenery. The easy trail that winds around the falls provides plenty of opportunities to stop and appreciate the view from different angles, making it accessible for visitors of all ages and fitness levels. Adding to the experience is a charming store that offers a wealth of history and memorabilia about Kakabeka Falls and the surrounding area. It’s a great place to learn more about the falls and pick up a souvenir to remember your visit. With ample parking available and its proximity to the highway, Kakabeka Falls is both convenient and accommodating for travelers. Whether you’re making a quick stop or planning a day-long adventure, this natural attraction is a must-visit.

First time ever being there..the beauty and strength of the water is just amazing! 😍😍 Easy to get to..the paths are well kept.. the lookouts are very well kept. If you are adventurous and don't mind bugs..go off the beaten track to the side trails that lead to the bottom of the falls!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this hidden gem just a stone's throw away from Thunder Bay, and it proved to be an exceptional experience. Regardless of the season, this destination stands out as a versatile and captivating outdoor retreat. What makes this place truly special is its year-round appeal. Even in winter, the landscape transforms into a winter wonderland, offering a picturesque setting that's a delight for nature enthusiasts. The diverse scenery throughout the different seasons ensures that each visit is a unique and refreshing experience. One of the standout features is the tranquility and serenity that envelops this destination. With significantly fewer crowds compared to other popular spots, it provides a peaceful and immersive escape into nature. Whether you're seeking solitude or a quiet hike with loved ones, this place offers the ideal setting. The availability of multiple hiking trail options is another highlight. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or a casual stroller, there are two or three distinct trails to choose from. Each trail has its own charm, offering a mix of scenic beauty, wildlife encounters, and a chance to connect with the natural surroundings. Proximity to Thunder Bay is a major convenience, making it accessible within a mere 15-20 minute drive. This close proximity allows locals and visitors alike to easily incorporate a visit to this haven into their plans, adding to its allure.

I've been three times. Every time I go through up there, I stop in to see it. Now I've been on my own, with my parents and brother, and with my girlfriend. It is a beautiful place, with the luxury of two views. If the waterfall weren't there, the cliffs that run down beyond the falls would still be enough to bring people to see. I do recommend

Such a gorgeous piece of this country. Walking quite literally through time and the history this land has. 1 1/4 KM trail and an optional 3 KM trail halfway through it. Amazing scenery and let me tell you photos just don't do it justice. Breathtaking walk, recommended 4 1/4 KM walk time is 2 hr 5 min but thats a very gracious time and an amazing way to spend 2 hours regardless. The views and sheer beauty of the land is good for the soul

Absolutely beautiful. There was a camping site, which looked nice, but I didn't camp so I'm not sure. The falls were mesmerizing, and the wooden path was easy to follow. Would 100% go again :)
