Positioned within the sprawling plains of West Texas, the park experiences a semi-arid climate featuring intense summer sun, notable wind events, and crisp winter nights. Will be here a year in July. Quite place and everybody keeps to themselves. Owner passed and son is running it now and fixing alot that was being neglected by previous maintenance guy. Lot rent and all the amenities can't be beat. United Supermarket, Wal-mart and HEB all right up the street !!! So if you're looking for quiet country-ish living, this is the place to be !!!

I have never stayed at a cleaner, more family friendly rv park in my life. I am truly comfortable while I am there. It is like a home away from home!
