Will be here a year in July. Quite place and everybody keeps to themselves. Owner passed and son is running it now and fixing alot that was being neglected by previous maintenance guy. Lot rent and all the amenities can't be beat. United Supermarket, Wal-mart and HEB all right up the street !!! So if you're looking for quiet country-ish living, this is the place to be !!!

I have never stayed at a cleaner, more family friendly rv park in my life. I am truly comfortable while I am there. It is like a home away from home!

It was a nice RV park that I expected but I’m gonna be honest I wish they would do something with the roadways it’s so dusty

Looks super shady. For long term residents, not people driving through. If you are with your family, head to the KOA FAST!

Owners and staff were very helpful. The sites were set up well. Laundry room was clean and accommodating. The rates are very reasonable.
