Very good waterview sites. The bathrooms can use some better cleaning and updates. There are spiders and bugs all over the bathrooms.

Neat little campground on lake Kerr. Very clean and well laid out. Zero hiking trails so if you're looking to walk in the woods, not gonna happen here. Bike riding was fantastic and there are plenty of places to put a kayak or small craft in along the shore. Good solid boat ramps, centrally located trash area and bath house.

Beautiful views. Tent camping right on the lake. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep much due to loud county music blasting late into the night. I probably won't come back on a weekend night. We'd consider a less crowded weekday. Mens restroom was clean. Women's restrooms were disgusting. Toilets clogged and hadn't been cleaned.

We are long-time enjoyers of Kerr Lake. This was our first time camping in Nutbush. We stayed at site 56 in area 3. The site was beautiful and right on the lake. I loved that we could fish without leaving our site. The site came with a fire pit and a picnic table. There was a nice little playground next to the bathrooms. You could see it from anywhere on the campground. There was no camp host on duty during our 3 day stay. The first night was very peaceful. The second night, there were a couple of families that came in two RVs, and they blasted country music and were very loud into the night. They had been opening drinking alcohol the whole day and night even though alcohol is prohibited. The bathrooms were always kept very clean. There are also showers available. I did notice that people were coming from other areas to shower. I just assumed that the showers in their area were full. It didn't have any effect on me, so I didn't care. I loved how close it was to Walmart in Henderson. We're not professional campers, so we did end up forgetting some things. We were able to make a quick run to the store to get stuff. There are also of few little bait shops in the area as well. We will definitely be back here in the future to camp again.

The campsite is nice... but the trash cans are not available yet, so the fire pits are full of ash and trash. One of the tables had fish scales on it.. oh the big thing... while walking my dogs, my dogs picked up chicken bones.. not only in the campground, but at the day use area.. I was able to get them away from them.. Not sure if we will be returning her again.. Why can’t campers pick up after themselves..😩

We actually scouted this campground many years ago while camping at Henderson Point. We really enjoyed staying at site 99 in area three. The campground is small; but the sites are level (gravel). This is a beautiful place for sitting by the lake or taking nice walks. We even got to witness a bass fishing tournament. We do not cook; so it is good to know that many good restaurants are within 10 miles from the campground. We are already booked for a return trip in May when area one opens.
