With easy access to Boulder highway, I-15, and 1-11 it's easy to get here even with larger rigs and they have a variety of different site types to suite any needs.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful w/gettin into our spot. We'll be back every 3 wks until we go back on the road. The park is very clean and well maintained, it's bigger than I thought; I can walk inside the park instead of Boulder Hwy.

Had a great stay here in my travel trailer. Boulder highway is not the nicest part of town, but that didn't cause me any issues. Facilities were clean and well maintained, staff was helpful, residents were friendly, and things felt safe. The BHX bus line that picks you up right outside the entrance and takes you straight to downtown was huge perk.

We started staying when we are in town for football games..everyone we have dealt with in the office have been very helpful and friendly. The location is close to stores in the area and is less then 5 miles from the strip..we stay for a week at a time and have been very happy during our stays so far..I have met the security guard(Monty) late in evening, twice at about 2am, checking the area on his Ebike. He was very friendly and its nice to see security is actively out and about.. for what we need and want and the friendly staff,and safe feeling environment and price, I consider it 5 stars...we checked several parks in the area and at our price point this park was the best we saw..they appear to be pretty strict on run down rvs. Granted there are some older long terms and half of park is mobile home residents, but i can honestly say it is not as bad as you may expect at the price..yes the Oasis is nice but its twice the cost. We looked at other parks and noticed there were more run down trailers with rough sheds and items around the rvs. kings row seems to be bit more strict with how things look in their park and there is always a staff member or work crew active checking the area in their golf carts...they definately seem to be making sure they keep the place nice and know whats going on, so overall I have a feeling if someone were to really junk up their space the management would step in quickly. Which I appreciate. Overall, for the price ,location and the friendly staff, we have been very happy with the park..

I love staying here, we spent time at another RV resort close by. A friend suggested Kings Row to us and I am so glad we made the move. Nice clean environment thanks to Jennifer the maintenance manager. Issues are handled very quickly, Jennifer is very approachable and welcoming always with a smile. Facilities are clean and the pool is lovely. The staff here are very friendly and it's much quieter and safer than a resort environment.
