We started staying when we are in town for football games..everyone we have dealt with in the office have been very helpful and friendly. The location is close to stores in the area and is less then 5 miles from the strip..we stay for a week at a time and have been very happy during our stays so far..I have met the security guard(Monty) late in evening, twice at about 2am, checking the area on his Ebike. He was very friendly and its nice to see security is actively out and about.. for what we need and want and the friendly staff,and safe feeling environment and price, I consider it 5 stars...we checked several parks in the area and at our price point this park was the best we saw..they appear to be pretty strict on run down rvs. Granted there are some older long terms and half of park is mobile home residents, but i can honestly say it is not as bad as you may expect at the price..yes the Oasis is nice but its twice the cost. We looked at other parks and noticed there were more run down trailers with rough sheds and items around the rvs. kings row seems to be bit more strict with how things look in their park and there is always a staff member or work crew active checking the area in their golf carts...they definately seem to be making sure they keep the place nice and know whats going on, so overall I have a feeling if someone were to really junk up their space the management would step in quickly. Which I appreciate. Overall, for the price ,location and the friendly staff, we have been very happy with the park..

I love staying here, we spent time at another RV resort close by. A friend suggested Kings Row to us and I am so glad we made the move. Nice clean environment thanks to Jennifer the maintenance manager. Issues are handled very quickly, Jennifer is very approachable and welcoming always with a smile. Facilities are clean and the pool is lovely. The staff here are very friendly and it's much quieter and safer than a resort environment.

The pool is hardly open, and they can do better for their dog parks. Safe place though if you want to park your RV here.

Not sure why my review was deleted. The park is Disgustingly Overpriced, Dirty, Dangerous. And is owned by unsavory people, who judge harshly and restrict you from the park based on personal and RV age. I have a $23,000 2020 camper now but because of these rules I will not take it to this disgraceful park

Such a shame- The facility was very decent, clean with a pool and a clean laundry room. In general, everything was well kept and maintained. It was fairly priced. The catch- The front desk. With the exception of 1 young lady who works there, I've never met a group of more consistently miserable human beings. When you interact with them there is absolutely no pleasant conversation, no banter, and absolutely no "extraneous words". I tried being proactive about being a good customer, informing them of my traveling intentions, etc., but they apparently don't communicate amongst themselves or give pass downs of information to each other. Also you get different information about the site rules and protocol, depending on who you speak with which leads to confusion and animosity. In one case I proactively went to the office and asked if I could have a car delivered. I asked what the proper procedure was for that. I was given specific details which I followed. Despite that the next day I received an angry call from the owner/manager (?), asking' "What's the story with this car?!" When I explained I was following the procedure previously provided, she couldn't have cared less. There were many additional, similar examples ranging from paying the rent to simply getting a laundry room code. I won't be back which I'm sure will please them as much as it does me.

This RV/ motorhome park is great for permanent or short term. Staff kind & friendly, pool recently renovated and open, shower, laundry and game room. Many spaces are shaded. Pet areas.

Ever since I transitioned to full time RV living, this is the only place I want to stay in Vegas. The rates are great, the grounds are well kept, it always feels safe and secure (which is saying something on Boulder Hwy), and with easy access to the 95 you can get just about anywhere pretty quick. I've stayed at a few other parks in town but this is the only one I return to!

I went here to stay here and I met the staff wonderful people charming very professional. They treat you like family they make you feel welcome. That’s a good thing and then the property itself. It’s great amenities. Great I had no problem there. It’s a wonderful place if you need somewhere to stay

If you are looking for an inexpensive lot space to rent then visit King's Row RV Park! Although it would be nice to have visitor parking designated, multiple bathrooms and showers on site. Also, bench style seats or benches installed in the showers and a couple shelves for soap and things. Otherwise you are forced to balance your toiletries on the safety rail or attempt to hang them from the clothes hooks on the wall.

I give this 5 stars because of how clean and spacious it looks. Its location is like an oasis. When you go in the park its like another world. I was a visiter. I have no idea about management,or people. But it was quiet,well kept. Had security. It does have a safe feel and a quiet peace to it. Management issues or complaints,I have no idea. Just wanted to say,it LOOKS, like a park should. To look that good,they might have strict rules,but sometimes its best . Good hunting. Welcome to Las Vegas

This park had great costumer service in comparison to other parks. I helped move my father in law in a few days ago and a young lady named Leah made it very easy. She helped me back into the spot which I found very resourceful. She even made my father in law laugh and smile which I haven't seen in some time. My father in law was very satisfied with the kindness of this young lady and he looks forward to staying for an extended period of time. Thank you kings row!

My first time staying at this RV park was GREAT. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I had zero complaints. So, I was looking forward to my second stay while passing through on my way to Mexico. However, that experience was shockingly bad. Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating, but one of the persons who worked there just came off as extremely rude. I gather she felt I was being confrontational, but when you're asking for my personal information and want to check a brand-new rig (2018), of course I'm going to want to know WHY. After she left, the other ladies in the facility explained to me why they were requesting that information and I was happy and grateful they did. All I wanted to know was WHY. I travel full-time and have never had anyone ask for the information they did or had my vehicle inspected, least of all for a one-week stay. The people in the park this time around were half nice and half not. One night a delivery guy got lost dropping off my order and a lady was outside. I asked her if she knew where the pool was (that's where the delivery guy said he was) and she ran into her RV and shut the door. I also had a pervasive smell of feces outside my RV during my stay. Not like black tank/sewer tank smell. Like actual human feces. I didn't report it because if I can't even ask why my personal information is being requested, imagine filing a complaint. If I was passing through Vegas short-term again or needed to dump my tanks, I would consider staying there for a night, but I don't think I'd ever spend another full week there again. PROS: 1. The laundry machines and dryers are affordably priced. 2. The sofa machine is cheap and the drinks are insanely cold. So good! 3. The staff members who are nice are VERY nice. 4. This is probably the cheapest park in Vegas. 5. They have security on-site that patrols every night and the lots are well lit. 6. You are conveniently located to all the basic things you need: food, gas, storage etc.
