I saw a review about kiva overcharging for electricity. Don't believe it. The electric company in New Mexico charges Kiva .22. Ents per kilowatt hour. Kiva charges the customer .17 cents a kilowatt hour. I stayed there 3 years ago, plus a week in June 2025. The rate charge was the same. I've stayed at numerous extended stay rv parks around the country. The going electric rate is...... .17 cents a kilowatt hour. The laundry is clean. The washers are average size and clean very well. The dryers are very large and go the job. The staff is very good and accommodating with after-hours phone number if needed. The highway noise is NOT loud. I-25 is not that busy. I counted several times 25 cars a minute. A small fan in the bedroom drowns out the freeway noise. The daily rate is reasonable. GOOD SAM discounts apply. A very nice place to overnight or extended stay if you are a travel worker.

Staff is friendly but they will overcharge you! You’ll pay a lot for Electric. Very money thirsty. Highway is very load and it smells like sewage outside. Not much shade and they put you way too close to your neighbor. Laundry room wasn’t good. Washers have dog hair and dryers are super loud. A stop only if you have to kinda place

One night stay. Our class A 45ft. w/dingy pulled through into reserved horse-motel area. 50 amps and water. Friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff. A fair price and a good stay. Good Sam discount applied . :)

Located right off the highway, this park is wonderfully rustic and peaceful. You can hear highway noise, especially along the back row, but we did not find it intrusive. They have horse stables if you want to bring your horse to an event in the local area, and they are also super friendly to cyclists biking through who need a tent stop for the night. They have a tidy general store in the office with sodas, snacks, and some pantry items. Owner and the staff are kind and helpful. They have showers and laundry room available for guests. We will definitely be back.

Great easy to get to location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Well kept park with nice clean horse pens. Staff filled water and cleans your pen for you. We used covered stalls with nice, safe pens. Parked trailer with hookups next to pens, could easily see horses. They have lights on the stall and pen area at night. Needed a place to overnight on short notice very accommodating Definitely will stay again when in the area. Highly highly recommend!

Beautiful, well-kept RV Park and Horse Hotel. Easy access off the interstate. They can accommodate long living quarters horse trailers. They have a variety of stalls and pens with nice pipe fencing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a nice playground for the kids. I highly recommend this facility if you are traveling with horses.

We needed an overnight stop on our way north and KIVA fit the bill. We have a 25 ft MH and the site was gravel and very level. Staff was friendly and we would stop here again. Only negative was a bit of road noise. Highly recommended.

Spent the last of summer and winter of 2020-21. Had a great time. They do great events for the kids. Halloween was a blast. It is the desert but the park is located in a great spot no matter which way you are going. The water is very hard. Knowing that just clean your tanks out well when you leave but I enjoyed my stay and would go back again.
