Staff was very friendly. Casino is very small. Mire family friendly with a largeer arcade and little Caesars. They need a better sign by the road. It is easy to miss the turn especially at night. Rooms were a little dated but comfortable and clean. They need no slip strips in the tub. Almost fell when I first stepped in but just threw the floor mat towel in the bottom.

First of all I’m glad they took the initiative to put something in the community for children even if it is self serving. Also love the Little Caesar’s. Second of all is the gambling (the reason we all go) I have never had a hand pay at this casino and i have been going here and there for 23 years. I spent my 21st Birthday there and I am now in my 40s. That says a lot. I was turned off at the fact that every ticket that I saw pulled for the drawing was FOLDED in some weird way. That should NOT be allowed. I’ve entered raffles at other casinos and there is a sign that says do not fold. Also the night I was there for their “Mothers day” giveaway only ONE woman won out of 12 patrons. Yes men are more foolish with their money and probably have more entries BUT it was titled a Mothers Day event. I wonder how many times that big check gets brought out. Probably pretty rarely.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. No problems that I have had with them. They do a great job and they take pride in their work.

Extremely pleasant & helpful staff......the cashier, reward center & on the gaming floor. Small quaint casino with actual "penny slots". Restaurant, bar, snack bar & club/dance floor with music on weekends. Also have a concert venue that I personally havent attended but it is supposed to be fun with a reputation for having great entertainment choices. Also have an indoor family oriented area with games to entertain the kids with a Chuck E Cheese pizza. The rooms are modern, clean & reasonably priced. Even more so if you have a player's card & play here at least on occasion. Definately worth checking out if you are staying in the area or are passing through. Enjoy!

If blackjack is your game this place has the best 6 deck game you can find. Friendly and fun dealers, low table limits and good rules. I highly recommend it.

Ate at Valentinos. We had 3 different meals that were cooked to purrrfection. I had the steak and eggs. The steak was purfect. The eggs purfect, the hash browns were the best I ever had cooked for me and the toast was cooked to purrrrfection. My sis had the spaghetti, she's Italian and she loved it. Michelle had the Indian fry bread with meat. She loved hers as well. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the hospitality as well. I will always go back there now when I visit. Best meal on the lake.

I didn’t have the best experience. The towels didn’t feel fully clean, and the shower water never got warm. There were visible stains on the bed, and the room didn’t even have a full-length mirror, which made it hard to get ready. On top of that, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Overall, very disappointing.

Dirtiest, nastiest place on earth. Definitely not a place for children. Very rude as well. Will never return. Do not recommend.

I was charged extra at check in due to a technical error. 507 extra. Even though I had booked online 1 month earlier they waited till I was checking in to tell me there was an issue. They ran my credit card without my authorization. The manager was rude and refused to honor the original price. Spoke with Jorge the GM and he was even more rude. Refused to honor. Refused to come to an agreement and then told me after a 5.5 hr drive for a family vacation/reunion that I could either take it or leave it. I did end up staying didnt really have a choice. The rooms were nice. Tv every room. Spacious rooms. The dock was nice. Caught some fish off it, but due to the welcome I received. Security following me everywhere I went and the rudeness of the staff I will never return.

I was at the casino yesterday and it was a hot day. When I walked into the casino, it was very warm. I asked the lady at the front desk at the casino and the lady working said that is normally how it is on hot days. They had large fans blowing warm air all over the casino. I was prepared to have some fun and gamble but stayed a 1/2 hour and left. Too hot! Don't go there on hot days. No air conditioning!

The service and treatment of its patrons ruins the whole experience. Have had issues prior with rudeness and even reached out to management, but no one felt the need to contact me in return.
Decided to give it another try last weekend with my kids and grandkids as well as a large group of other people. A friend had a machine break and that was a joke! But it got really bad at 2am when the fire alarm went off in the room freaking the babies out! I went to the front desk no one there. Security stood at the door and with no concern had no information. Inside the ATTACHED casino, no alarms going off, money being made do not disturb the gamblers. Never was told everything was fine or any information, no one called or came to room. It was cold and kids were upset. Ridiculous, we won't be back and as well as many from our group that will be up there weekly for the winter.

First hotel I’ve seen where you can’t check in after 9:00 pm. No staff. Eventually, I was directed to the casino cashier, who had no idea what to do. They couldn’t direct me to my room, so I had to find it on my own.

Next morning, the hotel staff was rude. They refused a late checkout. The gym advertised on the website was closed. You can’t charge meals to your room. The bed linens had cigarette burn holes. The key card took ten tries to work.

I’m trying to think of something that wasn’t substandard. Well, the restaurant staff was pleasant and hard working, but they’re not part of the hotel.

Would I recommend this place? Maybe if I really didn’t like somebody.

Hafa Adai Hi late night Casino goes  very nice place always pack in NO Smok.ing and  no alcohol so do drop in try your luck lots of out doors  activity enjoy your visit I like this establishment  thank you very much for being a great sport let's start playing 🎰🇺🇸🇬🇺🌶️.

All beverages ...you have to walk over to buy in the bar or the hot dog stand ..if its even open! Otherwise just die of thirst or quit gambling and go home or to a better casino.

Cant win anything security will harass and follows people seem to be ok with management
