I called to get pricing, I asked if there was a limit to how many dogs you can have he asked well how many do you have? I said 3. He said that’s no issue but kids if you had any of those you can’t bring those with you. I said okay unfortunately that won’t work I will have a newborn with me. He said good luck. I feel like there was a better approach he could’ve had or said it in a nicer way.

Neat And Tidy RV Park. Friendly Staff. Some Shady Spots If You Don’t Use Starlink. It’s A Small Park but It Had openings When We Were Here At The end Of April. Some road noise at night but didn’t impact my sleep. Had to wait here for a replacement toilet to be shipped in.

Friendly staff. Be sure to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. The full-timers don’t seem to use it. I asked for the quote overflow spot, which is up right next to the pool and hot tub. It was like having my own private spa. They have a nice little workout room, and a very clean laundry room.

We stayed in May for a week and a half.  Very clean, nice, and the lot sizes are good.  Easy to get in and out.  Plenty to do in the area.  Definitely recommend this RV Park.  Hot tub and pool were a bonus.

Wonderful park! Clean bathhouse and laundry. Wide, clear roads throughout and flat spacious RV sites make this beautifully landscaped park a dream. Road noise from nearby I-17 is minimal. Steve is welcoming, helpful, and kind to everyone.

Clean, quiet. Mostly permanent residents who keep to themselves. Pool is not heated

Beautifully kept RV Park.  Everything is immaculate.  You can see the love a care of the owner and managers of the park, from your first phone call thru your departure.  Very kind and helpful.

Well run, great owner and staff. Very clean and nicely equipped. Spaces are roomy enough, and level. You can tell the owners care about this property. I’d love to come back here.

This RV Park is a hidden gem. Great staff. Clean and lovely landscape. Sweet pool and hot tub area. Nice exercise and laundry room. The showers are clean and well kept. The only downside is the closeness to the freeway. I would return and recommend this RV Park.

Great little park!  Staff is super friendly and the park is well maintained.  Lots of grass for our puppy and the sites are nice and wide.  The hot tub was wonderful.  Close to highway but very little road noise. We would highly recommend this park.

Stayed for 2 nights. The manager there is very nice & accommodating. It's a very clean park for adults only & if you're 60 or older she only charges $22/night with FHU. The only negative is the freeway noise as it is right next to I-17. The park is small having only 36 sites but it has a pool & hot tub.
