The cabin has a fridge, microwave and a 1 cup knock off Keurig. No cups, plates, pots and pans or utensils. No paper towels. 2 towels in the bathroom. There was 1 trash bag in the kitchen. Expect the absolute bare minimum. A bed, 4 walls, a tiny stovetop from the 60s. Way overpriced.

We had our family reunion there and everyone loved the place. We have reservations to do our family reunion there again in 2026!

The staff was super nice! Overall, the grounds and lake access were awesome. The cabins are bare and outdated, which the pictures online accurately depict so that was to be expected. . However, the shower was super gross and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The beds had what looked like a hospital pillow and one hospital sheet on each bed. We had to purchase blankets and thankfully brought our own pillows.

While the site did state that kitchen pans and utensils were absent it did not state that towels and wash cloths were absent AND there was no TV. This surprised us. I always bring my own towel and such but my brothers had to go to Walmart. No big deal there but the TV was huge. We stayed there about 4 years ago and I thought everything was present. Otherwise stay was pleasant. Last time stayed under William Davis. Did say fully equipped.

There was no where to really swim, volleyball pit was concrete instead of sand, and both fishing docs were in bad shape. The cabin smelled like really old chewing tobacco, but it was clean. The people from the office were pleasant, but LaMancha needs big updating.

This was our 4th or 5th year to go to LaMancha Lake Ranch for a Family Reunion. They have always been very friendly, helpful and have always worked with us with whatever needs we have needed. I would highly recommend them.

The Class of 1977 from Ranger High School enjoy the Depot facility for our reunion. Tammy was a great help! We loved the area. Very well kept grounds!!!
